I keep going back here for world famous chicken in hopes that my experience will be better every time and it’s not they either forget my sauces or mess my order up some how this time I ordered chicken wraps open them up when I got home and they are in a sub roll and I’m very disappointed will be the last time I give this place a chance

For starters I like getting gas here, the pumps flow quickly and it's very well lit at night. I also enjoy their coffee, they have a variety of blends like Jamaican and Colombian. They also offer a huge variety of creamers, all in large containers so you don't have to open those tiny packets. The only negative is the smell! They need better ventilation, after only being inside 5 mins you'll leave smelling like grease.

My 3rd visit in the morning when the person handling the food (Patt) has her mask pulled down to her chin for the entirety of my visits. I have no idea why this isn’t being enforced on employees handling food especially during a pandemic. Especially when you expect it of customers as well. Do better. It’s a pandemic.

It's OK. Gas prices avg, but cheaper within a few miles. Could be cleaner the few times I have been inside. Air pump is almost always out of service and window cleaner at the pumps has been empty past few times. It's the small details. Overall indifferent rating, would not recommend but also would not dissuade.

I stop in almost every morning on my way to work. Love seeing my certain few girls in the morning , and the small talk we have. Good selection of snacks and drinks . Food/sandwiches/ chicken are pretty good too. Honestly - it’s the staff I interact with that keeps me coming back.

I e-mailed Royal Farms customer service on 6.14.17 and was given a 'canned' response that they would contact me 'shortly'. On 6.16.17 I had not been contacted and e-mailed back questioning if they actually had a customer service department. Today 6.24.17 there has still been no response. I have only experienced this same lack of concern for me as a customer by one other establishment wherein there was no obligation to respond to a complaint. We will never rely on placing a large order again due to the incompetence and total lack of concern. My original e-mail is as follows..... We have enjoyed Royal Farms chicken for quite some time but experienced a disappointing issue recently. On June 8 we placed an order for 50 pieces of chicken (were told it would be 56 since we ordered dark meat) to be prepared for Saturday June 10 at 2 pm and assured there would be no problem. This was to be for a surprise party. Early Saturday morning my wife drove to the location, paid for the order, and again confirmed all would be ready by 2 pm. In order to maintain the "surprise" she asked her mother to pick up the order. Upon arrival she was told that it "was not quite ready". She sat in her car for 45-60 minutes, very much given the impression by the surprised looks from the personnel that it had not even been started until 2 pm. Needless to say it became available well after it was required. We consider this completely unacceptable and inefficient. We had a 6 foot Subway sandwich packaged and ready on time and would have expected no less from Royal Farms. Should we ever choose to use this service again, we will take "being ready on time" with a grain of salt.

I have been at this location twice and the first time I went there with my wife, we ordered sime chicken. For those of you who knows, Royal farms tends to have best chicken especially the ones in VA. But I don't know what's wrong with this location. Your chicken is sooo salty , like crazy salty. I don't if someone else have had a problem with this but please please, just put less salt. Let the customer decide for him/herself if they'd like to add some more . It's a shame spending $10 or more on good looking tenders then ends up dumping them since you can't eat them. Please , I hope the manager / corporate will see this and do something. Other than that, you have an amazing service. Thank you.

every experience i’ve had here for the last year has been great up till NOW! i doordash more than most do around this area (and have for the last year) to keep my child and i afloat while paying to fix my 40,000$ car. lately i’ve been feeling harassed by some of the store employees who don’t want to mind their business! i buy sunflower seeds, mto food for my child and i during doordash and gas when i need it. some of the store employees think it’s up to them to agree or disagree when i doordash or not. while doordashing if i get a little tired i’ll take a power nap then get right back to doordashing and go home to eat to then start my day over again. i will not tolerate this kind of behavior from grown adults. this only started happening when i rejected one of the employees attempts to hang out after messaging me over and over again after no response from me! i will be contacting higher ups to deal with this :) pls tell ur store employees to mind their business unless they have a check with 10k to buy me a new car so i don’t have to doordash 60-80 hours a week 🙈 the girls name is katie ? i live in abottstown now so forgive me if i don’t want to drive all the way there when i only want to take an hour or two break!!!!!!

I had gone to this location to buy a frozen meal around midnight and to gas up. Their freezers were empty, and nothing else there appealed to me food-wise. So, I got gas and went on my way. The only employee I saw was cleaning, and he did not acknowledge me. Not a bad experience, just okay.

I stop in this store frequently for a bag of fresh fried chicken. Do you know the deep fried stuff isn't worse by much if at all than rotisserie chicken? A little salty sometimes but crunchy and delicious. Super quick and easy supper. Employees have always been helpful and kind. Thanks, RoFa!

Looks like "shrinkflation" has hit this place as well. Used to be nice big, juicy tenders and I could forgive the high price (3 dollars per tender) but now you get these small, broken, mostly breaded tenders for the same price. Complete rip off. It's sad, it used to be a good place to go for a quick dinner if you didn't have time to cook. Nearly 11 dollars for four tenders is insanity. I could forgive the high prices before because the chicken were large.

Employees hit on women. They offer self checkout, but my wife complained an employee made her go to the register just to try and flirt with her and stated she won’t be going back to this store again. I encourage better coaching of employees in order to not scare away customers.

Don't waste your time at this location. I ordered the waffle breakfast sandwich with chicken, cheese, and egg. I had to return to the store because there was no egg. I waited in line to get a refund because my husband already ate as his food thatwas correct. I told the cashier I wanted a refund and why, no egg and my husband already ate. I was told I was to wait until the rest of the line was waited on. It's noon on a Friday mind you, the line was long and forever growing. I was the next customer in line and stated so. They have no customer service at this location or respect for their customers time.

Hey, so i don’t really like grabbing a packaged chicken salad that gets made directly behind the counter and there’s bones left inside… this could have caused me to choke or even had been fatal if swallowed… it’s really important to be properly trained on pulling apart chicken and remembering to remove the small bones as they are a serious hazard.

*Update my trash can eat it, that chicken was overcooked to the point of burnt i taste it on the first bite also was stale probably was made over 5hrs before me buying it. Fries were just ok better than the chicken for sure* Well my last time ordering from this place, ordered a TND MASH:1062 for 6.99 & CHKN ML 3PC WHT 6188 for 8.29. first off the bowl isn't worth 6.99 just one tender and a dry mashed potato on a very small portion. The chicken box was served with a thigh and not a breast and two mangle wings. Taking my money and business somewhere else. Probably WAWA once they open.
