I went to wash my car two days a go ,I had to pay $20 first before they start clean my car ,after 30 minutes the manager came out and facing she said hey Im closed now we can't work on your car today ,I told her so what I have to do the car is still dirty and they didnt clean it !!!she said u need to pay us at least $90 for us to vaccume your car sorry we can't do it ,and she closed the store ,and while she was backing up her car it was toward me she wanted to hate me in her car if I didn't move she wanted to hate me in the car and I have the video i recorded every thing ,.....so they took my money and never cleaned my car I had to call the police and the police told me that I have to talk to the company oWver ,and when I'm on my way home I noticed a noise coming from my car so The cleaners keep missing with your car not clean it ,and I have noticed my $10 box is gone I knew it they took it...all I can say is I had a terrible experience over there ..you guys Becarful if u not black don't go there .one more time if you are not black African do not go there they wont clean your car ,they only cleans the black people cars..don't say I didn't warn you #donot go there they don't clean cars they are lying they play with yor car and they steal Stoaf from yoru car .plesee becarful ...hope it was helpful

After my car was washed on Dec. 17, 2015, the front and rear floor mats were not put back in the car. When I notified the manager, John Athanio, I was told A New Jerusalem Carwash was not responsible for "anything left in the car." The car wash refused to replace my 4 floor mats.

The New Jerusalem car wash in Chalmette did an awesome job on my SUV, my seats were a mess my grandkids had stains on my seat that I never thought would come out! But these guys proved me wrong my truck is spotless I'm a very satisfied customer!! I recommend this car wash! Thanks Jay and crew

Brought my 2015 Chevy Silverado in for a full detail. Joe did a pretty good job on my truck. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable about compounding and waxing etc. . . Exterior looks good. Interior looks good. The only thing I would change is the price! Thanks Joe!đź‘Ť

I went to Royalty Wash and Detail on 3/19/23 for a BrakeTag on a Sunday! Yes They were Open! Thank you to the workers who were very efficient, courteous, and professional . The BrakeTag took no time at all. I will be returning for their exclusive Carwash and detail. I’ve used this car wash at least 6 times throughout the past 5 years. It has been at least a year since I’ve last used them and let me tell you, I NEVER will go back. They usually in the past(I drive a Nissan Titan extended cab and always get the full detail) would call me after 2 1/2- 3 hours. This afternoon they called me after 1 hour and 10 minutes and there were no other cars there. The outside of my truck looked greatt(except for somebody else’s weatherproof floor mats that were left in the bed of my truck). At first glance the inside looked good but upon arriving home, I was very pissed off. No vacuuming under my seats, armor all was barely applied to surfaces and the seats(leather) were sketchy. So I took out my car cleaning equipment and had to redo the job. My leather seats were frieking dirty as they have ever been. I am very disappointed and will make sure to spread the word that this place is a joke. It is nothing but lazy bc no one else was there to get their vehicle washed. So after an hour and a half of vacuuming, armor all, and re-applying leather seat solution(and paying $150 plus giving the girl a $20 tip—that should be fired bc that was a piss poor job)and wiping then I am done. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I decided to treat my car to a full detail. I had been wanting to get one for months. They did a horrific job. They make you pay before they do your car and I can see why. I would have never given them 150 dollars for the 20 job they did. My car is now smeared up with uneven amoral all over my dash, trim and doors. I had to bring it back because they did such a crap job the first time and when I came back the next day the employee kept coming to get me so I could see if he did a good enough job over and over. I kept pointing it the same things that weren't getting cleaned over and over. Finally I just have up. Ian so disgusted they offered me another free wash. I will never go to this place again and make sure I tell everyone not to go here too.

I usually go to the location on Westbank Expressway and just do the basic $20 inside/outside job. They always left my car looking great. One day I went to the location on Gen Degualle and the guy talked me into the $200 full detail. I was apprehensive but was like “why not!” He informed me that in this package the small scratches on my truck would be fixed and some small spots on my seat would be to. I waited about 1 hour and a half and my car didn’t look as good as I thought it would for a $200 detail. Honestly it looked the same way it did when I got the $20 package. The scratches weren’t fixed and the small spots on my seat were still there. ( my boyfriend fixed my scratches for me and I used a shop vac to get the spots out the seats) I personally just recommend getting the $20 package. That’s the most bang for your buck.

Had my car washed on today, not cleaned as expected, not vacuumed thoroughly and... not cleaned professionally inside as promised. Informed the tech of areas to clean that should have been but noticed more once I left the car washed. Under mats were still not cleaned thoroughly, back seat and this was supposed to be the sweet deal! NOT ... save your money only do the 20.00 wash or clean it yourself! Not a good deal for the price! Don't let them talk you in to more, I never like paying for work until its done. but they require payment first! Now I know why....

Extremely poor quality of work for the overpriced cost of a detail. I paid $30 for a car wash somewhere else that paid more attention to detail to my vehicle than this $200 detail from New Jerusalem in Marrero. I should have known better not to go back there since the last time I went, they lost my truck keys and I had to get a locksmith to come to the car wash to replace my keys. I tried to give them a second chance since it was close to my house, but unfortunately their service was substandard for the price they charge. Worker’s arguing amongst each other in front of customers and bad mouthing ownership for not providing the proper equipment to do a correct detail and paying employees only tips. This is definitely my last visit.

I brought my truck in to be washed on December 18th. The guy working there got my keys and went to pull my truck under a metal covering. The guy ended up wrecking into the covering with my truck. It scratched and dented the driver side. Ended up being $935 in damages. I spoke to the owner at the time of the incident and he agreed to pay for the damages but not for a rental car while the repairs are being made. On top of that he said he would need to make weekly payments because he doesn't have the money to pay in full. So I asked for his liability insurance info so I could make a claim instead. He told me that he would provide that. Well now it's been a week since he said that and still has not provided it. He is now ignoring my calls and texts. This car wash has costed me $1400 in total for repairs and a rental truck. This guy flat out said that he will not pay the $450 for a rental for me and said if I wanted to go the insurance route that he would not pay me for the repairs either and basically told me he would lie to the insurance about the incident happening at his car wash. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
