I have a 2008 element and had a problem with an oil leak. I had someone repair and a month later it was leaking again. I had been receiving coupons from RPM service center so I decided to take it to them to repair. They found some other things wrong so I decided to have them repair those issues to. They were very polite and courteous. It took a little longer so they provided me with a courtesy car. My car is old but I love my car. I am a happy customer. Thank your RPM for your service.

I always get great service at RPM. Recently had a nail in my tire and they were able to patch it up and have it ready in a couple hours, even though it was a busy Monday morning for them. They also were able to provide me with a ride home and back (I live close) while the work was being done and the man who drove me was just a delight to talk to. Highly recommend RPM.

Professional and on time or done ahead on time with their work! David and RPM were great. Kept me up to date with my issue. I had 4 flat within this year and was able to get all done same day here (2024 accord, 2021 Rav 4 and 2019 Civic). Last one wasn’t able to be patch but David was able to help with getting new tires same day and complete my 33k maintenance on my 2019 Civic. Great service. I would recommend this place!

I got an oil change here because I received a coupon in the mail. However, my experience was a total disappointment. From the start, Mr. Terry Chiu came across as condescending and dismissive. His attitude made the entire interaction feel more like a sales pitch than a service advice. He suggested a list of high-cost services including changing my brake fluid and transmission fluid, even though I had both done just two months ago. Either he didn’t bother to check, or he chose to ignore it. That felt dishonest, or at the very least careless. The prices were also way above what I’ve seen at other shops, and the whole interaction left me feeling misled. If you’re looking for honest service and respectful communication, I’d recommend going somewhere else. It’s especially disheartening considering they actively send coupons to the neighborhood. Clearly, they want the community’s business. But integrity is non-negotiable when you’re serving your neighbors. Overcharging and upselling without honest evaluation isn’t just bad service, it’s a breach of trust.

I recently purchased a 2009 mercedes benz 450. I was not sure what was done or needed to be done. I had an oil change and they looked over the car for me at no extra charge. The oil change was done, fluids checked and emailed me some things that should be done soon. They were professional, polite and friendly. RPM is the place I will continue to go to for my repairs! I’ve been coming here for years. This place does not, I repeat, DOES NOT try to “NICKEL AND DIME” you. They are very straightforward on what is needed, what has been done, and what can be done in the future and their transparency is clearer than the United States govt itself.
