My car suddenly had the engine light on, car shaking, with no forewarning, so I had no idea what was going on. Luckily I was pulling out of my apartment parking lot and not on the roads! I had planned on getting a tow, but was given Ruben's number to call as a mobile mechanic. He came out to my apartment complex the next day, figured out what was wrong, and got it fixed all in one day! He was so kind and straightforward and explained what was going on and why. As a woman I'm always weary of mechanics trying to rip me off (it's happened...) but I did not feel like he was trying to scam me AT ALL. I will definitely be calling him in the future for car repair needs!

I called Ruben at 10:15 AM this morning and asked if he could come change my break pads and rotors to which he agreed, gave me a price and we set an appointment for 2PM but he never showed up so I called after 2 PM and he said he would need another hour and a half so I waited once again and never heard from him. I called one last time and he basically told me to find someone else at the last moment. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

I had to go out of town in the morning, wasn’t able to get a rental due them being BOOKED, all the repair shops were CLOSED this was on a Saturday evening at 8pm! I needed brakes and rotors on all 4, I called left my message and had a response within 5mins, sent him my vin number and tag number got a quote in 2mins. Parts were picked up after confirming appointment and amount which was $200 lesser than previous shops quoted me earlier this month. Ruben was nice understanding and personable. He offered to come to our home, but decided to go to his area of work he is mobile and I wish I would have chosen to be in my home while he worked, however this was very convenient and more comfortable for us. He has his work station right out of his truck and began working efficiently and effortlessly. THE PRICE QUOTED WAS THE PRICE PAID plus WARRANTY!! Im a strong believer of reviews from real people and please if this is your first choice make that call and speak with him, I almost gave up on my trip until Ruben Mr.MakeitHappen got it done. My poor car sounded like a hollering cat, now it purrs as it should, Thanks Ruben we will definitely will be coming back for other work that we may need!

He came and diagnosed my car because my AC was not working! He fixed my AC and a fuse was blown out. He also replaced my sideview mirror that was broken. He also took the time to order the parts that were needed and everything was at a reasonable price. Definitely will call again for service on my car. Thank you for your help Ruben!!

Do not use. He changed parts on my car and it did not fix my problems. He made it worst. My car stopped in the middle of traffic. I paid him $680 for parts and labor. He will not answer my cals or text after he promised to fix if anything was wrong. He promised his labor was guaranteed but it is not. I had to get my car towed and spend more money. He put bag ties and glue and tape on parts. He spilled oil and fluids all inside on the motor. I smell fumes inside car. My car is riding rough shaking and loud. He made it worst. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AMD MONEY!

This guy is beyond amazing and selfless. He took upon himself to work on my car all night and when he wasn’t done by morning due to heavy rain, he took upon himself to go drop me off at work in his own car, picked me up again. And most importantly, he doesn’t charge extraordinarily high like how others do. He pricing is very fair. He is a great mechanic and a great guy. Highly recommended!

When your car breaks down unexpectedly on a Sunday, your day is ruined, maybe your week ahead too. A couple Auto-shops that were open did not respond. I tried Ruben, left him a voicemail and a few moments later he texted me asking what’s wrong. He was an hour and a half away from where my car broken down. He was quick to respond and Got there fast. He found out what the issue was. Went and got an alternator and a battery designed for my car from autozone and In about 2 hours, I was ready to go. Good and quality service in a quick manner, that’s what you need when your car breaks down. Ruben got your back!
