I called on Thursday, mid-day to set an appointment for the following day, today, Friday in the afternoon. He said he would be over at my business between 2 & 3. Never showed. Calls not answered. I have a date tonight, and a dirty car. ;( Rubio's a FLAKE. Don't bother.

Car was not detailed properly interior stains still visible when asked about it he said he would come back and do them. We rescheduled but had to reschedule again because time conflicting of him not being done with another car that day he suppose to do mine which was fine. The day my car was supposed to be detailed I text 3 times and called no answer no response. He said he would make sure his schedule was clear for 1 yet I never heard a single word at all after waiting for a reply. Very upset as I spent 125.00 and now I need to find someone else to do my car. I would have not been so frustrated excepted it was a total flake on the promise of finishing my car. Very upsetting and unprofessional never again will I use this service or recommend it to anyone

I have a car I recently bought that had dog hair in it from the previous owner . My husband had to drive the car out to the field for work for 2 weeks so you can only imagine between the dog hair and all the dust and dirt from the field how bad the vehicle was ! We were referred to Rubio’s from a mutual friend and was not sure what to expect. Mark came out and made my vehicle look Immaculate!! He took the time to go through every little detail and get everything cleaned. Upon cleaning the engine he noticed that my serpentine belt was slim to nothing and was about to come off. We were More than grateful of his discovery. I highly recommend Rubio’s if you want the job done right!

Tried a few different mobile car wash people and was never truly satisfied with the work I paid for that I could’ve done myself. Also never felt the instant bond or friendly connection with other mobile car wash owners. The own Mark Rubio was FANTASTIC! Quality work and also cheaper than many others out there! Great guy and very friendly and talkative. He made sure I was satisfied and happy with his work. I highly recommend Rubios mobile car wash! Due to covid-19 I cancelled my Mister Cruz thru membership and will now have a weekly wash from Mr. Mark Rubio.

They did an amazing job on my car! I had a urine mark on my leather seats cause my son had an accident. Marco told me they weren't able to completely get it up, but I don't see the stain at all. My car looks amazing! I try to detail my car every other month, but this is the first time I used Rubios Mobile Car Wash and Detail, but I am telling you, I will never have anyone else detail my car again ever-- except for him. I highly recommend. I rarely leave reviews, but I am so impressed with the work they did on my car. I wish I would have taken before and after photos. Saying they did an amazing job is an understatement! I can't reiterate this enough, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This business must be no longer in business. I prepaid for half of a car detail job and when my mom and I called numerous times and left numerous messages we got no call back. No way to run a Highly not recommend this business if they are still in business.

Came to detail my car and insisted the clear coat of my paint was cracking but he could fix it. He said he would do the hood first and it was supposed to be a 2 hour job. It still wasn’t done after 2 days and looked so terrible I told him I didn’t want him to come back. He sanded down to the primer in a few places, completely tore off the coating in some places, and left drips of clear coat in some places. Detailing the inside looked fine, but if you get upsold on anything externally absolutely do not do it. No one should advertise services they can’t perform satisfactorily.
