Do not recommend. Took my car for inspection and it failed because system was “not ready” - explained nothing and just wanted payment. Most auto shops will explain that car did not “Fail”, it simply is “not ready”. Which meant it needed to be driven more. Had just replaced the battery. It’s called a “drive cycle” that takes a certain amount of driving. They didn’t explain anything and made it a big deal that I was “upset” and allowed me to talk to the boss. He still didn’t say it was “not ready” and didn’t fail. Thought it failed until I got home and read the paper work. Bad communication and the music they are playing had the n word constantly as I sit across from an African American gentlemen. The waiting room looks more like a jail cell and it was very uncomfortable sitting there listening to the employees gossip. Newsflash: we can hear every word! Was very trashy; from the service to the music to the waiting room. In addition they don’t have proper pavement, just mud gravel and water. The tech got mud all over my floor mats (I was careful when getting out of my car). Paid them to mess up my car, thanks. PS- took it to my normal place the next week and passed inspection.

After 3 years these guys are still the best, no additional problems have ever came up out of the blue. They were very honest about everything wrong with my car. They gave me the best price and their best opinion on what they should do and what I could do. I love how they DID NOT try taking advantage of me and try making me pay more for their gain. Ruffino Express Automotive Repair was a lifesaver during our time of urgent need after Hurricane Beryl. After coming back from out of town on Wednesday evening to no power, we struggled to get our generator working. All of Thursday (today) was spent trying to get our generator operational, and after exhausting all options we reached out to Ruffino Express Automotive Repair. From the first phone call it was evident that this was a business with heart who saw people and not numbers. Throughout our interaction, their empathy and dedication to their community was evident and did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. After explaining our situation and attempts to get our generator running, the husband and wife team immediately jumped into action and worked together to service our portable generator in a timely and thorough manner. It was impressive to see the precision and skill with which Josh worked to diagnose the problem. Thank you Josh for taking the time to educate us on ways to properly care for and maintain our generator to extend its life far into the future. Thanks to them our family now has one less thing to worry about as we wait on the power to be restored. Thank you Ruffino Express Automotive Repair for all that you did for my family!
