4th purchase from Rusty Wallace Nissan . I was looking for a secondary car since I have a long commute to and from work. Cougar went out of his way to get me exactly what I was looking for. They didnt have it on Nissans lot but another store had it. He went out if his way sending 2 employees down to bring it to me so I could test drive it. He gave me an amazing deal on top of all the hoops he had to jump thru to get me what I was looking for. I absolutely recommend them for any of your automotive needs.

Buying a car is one thing. Owning it another. I regret not buying from Rusty Wallace Nissan. I absolutely love the service department. I’m sure the rest of the team is amazing also but my experience so far has been with the ownership experience. Everytime I take my truck to them I have zero worries. They take great care of myself and my vehicle. Kayla Brown is top notch. The level of competency here is by far one of the best I’ve dealt with. A+ from me. Thank you for everything you guys do. I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue for my wife. She wanted a specific color and option package. Zack Herman at Rusty Wallace Nissan found the Rouge we were looking for in inventory, and at a great price. Seth Tabor in finance took care of all the paperwork in a pleasant stress free manner. I never felt pressured by Zack or Seth to purchase more than what I wanted during the sales process. We came to the mountains for a quick vacation to get away, long story short we had 3 cars in the shop 2 which was newer under warranty. Jeep rented us a loaner, well the rental was JUNK. We called Zack and within just about a hour we had the deal worked out on what my wife wanted 10 minutes later she changed her mind. 30 minutes later Zack had us back on track. We did everything on line and the Dealership delivered my wifes new car to us, so we didnt have to mess up our plans in the mountains. I must say all the rusty Wallace family of dealerships is the only place to buy a vehicle! We just purchased a Nissan rogue from Zachary Herman at Rusty Wallace Nissan. If you want a great experience, as for Zack! He knows how to listen and when to talk. Very very knowledgeable, knows his products well. Also knows the ins and outs of the paperwork and finance enough to help customers understand all the paperwork. He went over and above to help us. We have bought five vehicles and all from Rusty Wallace family of dealerships, Kia Honda Nissan, etc. You will not go wrong dealing with any of these dealerships under the Rusty Wallace umbrella.
