Super awesome experience! Breaking down out of town on a Sunday is not a great time when you are on vacation but couldn't have asked for nicer people to help us out! They brought us cold water because it was so hot! Once they had the part, they had us on the road in no time! Thanks again guys!

I literally tried to get someone to come look at my car for two days.. He agreed to come but didn’t show up. The next day comes and I patiently wait but he is a no show again.. maybe someone else would have a better experience, but who knows. 🤷🏽♀️

I was looking for a mechanic (new to this area). I goggled and called several and they didn't answer. (I'm so happy they didn't)I called S&S on a Sunday and he stated that he normally don't work on Saturday's and Sunday's but he could come out around 6pm to 6:30pm. Around 6:31pm rolled around and he wasn't here but he called and said he was running about 15 minutes late. When he came and introduce himself as Shad. I tell you he immediately got his tools out and started. Shad was so good and thoroughly that he wants to explain what he see, which is good. He finally got my car started and we went to Auto Zone. Oh my, he was good at explaining again and knew what he was talking about. He suggested that I take it and put it on another machine at Chrysler to make sure that it was either the battery or alternator. Shad could have taken my money since I was a woman but he didn't. He kept texting to see what they said was wrong with it. When we was at Auto Zone we priced an alternator and it was very expensive. While my car was at Chrysler, he calling around to find me a cheaper one. Then he textme and said he foundme a brand new alter for $200. To make a long atory short, Shad is one person that I will always let work on my car. I will throw this in for the people that may have a problem with him working on a new car. My car is new and I highly recommend Shad! You will not regret it! Shad you're a winner in my book! PS: His prices are very reasonable

I'm a single mom of 4. Alternator went out Jan 2020, had it DX by another auto worker. So I found this guy and due to reviews i thought he was great. We spoke he told me what part to get (ebay) ok cool. Next I ordered part waited 3-5 days for part arrived. It was raining the day he was SUPPOSED to fix my car, so to be nice I had the car towed to a family members home with a garage so he could repair the issue. NOW he never lifted the hood I DID! Never looked under the hood and told me that it was not the alternator and it was my battery. And than charged 60 dollars for NOTHING. Sent part back and 2 days later my car shut off on 24. After spending 135 for part, 120 tow fees and countless days later I finally took it to another shop had car fixed in 1 day not to mention he LOOKED and found the real issue that caused my alternator to go bad. Please if you are on a fixed income and need your car fixed please get it Dx with someone else to be safe.

While others seem to have a good run in with Steven, I unfortunately I did not. I contacted Steven to come for a diagnostic and he left me hanging. He did however apologize and said he will be out the next day but once again did not show up. After my mother spoke to him he finally came out, I was not there during the process due to work and had someone else stay with him, all seemed to be going OK, but then afterwards he said he would come buy the next day and did not. I was willing to pay the man whatever it would cost to get my car running again and Steven just did not show up. In all S&S or "B&S" which is it what it should be called was a waste of my time, if you do not want to tackle a project or cannot show up , simply just say so.
