I just moved to the area and I am so glad i came across Saddleback Automotive on my search. I had a check engine light on and Saddleback Automotive was able to diagnose the issue and fix my car within two days. I was able to pick up my car on Saturday. They explained the priority of the recommended repairs. Answered all of my questions! They placed the parts order and did the work immediately. Kept me updated on the progress. I am very pleased with my experience. Honest, professional, personable, and great to work with. My car is running smoothly and I couldnt be happier! Definitely coming back!!

I recently purchased a x5 from someone who spent over $4k on repairs and maintenance servicing the vehicle at this place and I can assure you they don’t know what they’re doing. Here’s a list of faults over a span of one year after service was done here: -Charged previous owner TWICE for the same part replacement within months of each other. This should have been covered the second time no charge. -Changed the oil but don’t know what they put in (sticker in car didn’t match oil type on invoice). Also car has complained twice about low oil even though there are no leaks (validated at BMW dealership) -Replaced all 4 front control arms and literally a year later they are leaking and need replacement. BMW suggested they either used cheap non-oem parts or didn’t do the install properly. Costing me another $1600 now to do it right. -Attempted twice to perform repair for the same engine error code being thrown. Same code is still popping up less than a year later. Obviously they still don’t know what it is. Do yourself a favor and take your car to a place with OEM parts and skilled technicians and have it serviced right! Terrible experience and I’m paying again for all the issues that this place claimed they fixed 1/13/25 Update: Owner has responded two years later claiming car was not serviced there after investigation. I can assure you through paperwork that this car was in fact serviced at this location and as I stated previously, the work was done with the previous owner of the vehicle.
