The one way drive through a bit aggravating having to park on the opposite side from your tank opening can be aggravating because of pump hose length. Good prices for gas.

I'm enjoying the Sam's app to pay for gas now that I have used it. No pulling out and scanning cards or waiting on the printer. Open the app scan the code on the pump screen, pump and go.

Sam's Club is great for us! Saved 20 cents per gallon compared to most places. 11 cents off closest price that I have seen. Of course, you have to be a member to get these prices. Many other benefits to being a Premium member.

Normally a busy place but you can get in and out really quickly. A few people understand the hoses will reach the other side of most vehicles so you can park at any pump to gas up. Only knocked would be they usually have a pump down and the attendant is less attendant and more watch out the glass window of the door. On occasion they could help by directing traffic around to help manage the rush.

The lines move quickly, and the gassing area is clean with ample room for vehicles to drive through with enough space. They don't take cash. There was an elderly gentleman sitting in a chair. I am not sure what his job was, maybe keeping restrooms and the gassing areas clean?? I just felt there should have been 1 clerk perhaps to take cash in case that was all that a customer had, but inside the store, you can only use plastic also. Overall though not a bad experience and the gas was definitely less expensive !

Sam's club fuel stations usually have the lowest price in town. It's convenient and the fuel islands remain open 1 hour after the store closes so if you get off work late there's usually still time to fill up . I also love using the mobile app to pay at the pump after fueling you receive an electronic receipt great for anyone who needs to keep up receipts . I'm not a huge fan of paper receipts they start fading after a while or are prone to get lost. There might be a little wait depending on the time of day you go i usually try to go later in the day when traffic dies down.

I am livid typing this message. Every time I come to Sam’s club gas station there is usually a technical issue with the pay & go at the service pump. I have no issue with that the pump service attendant usually requires me to confirm my membership then swipes a card allowing me to pump gas for the membership price. On today the service attendant was non chalant & unhelpful to accommodate me. He stated “you have to go inside & get your membership card.” I explained to him I am out of gas & the situation is dire. He was an older black gentleman middle aged with a low hair cut. He didn’t realize I was limping trying to get his attention for help on top of being out of gas. He told me he couldn’t help me . I left the gas station & ran out of gas on the side of the road, dangerously trying to flag down help while cars briskly pass. I am disappointed, that the store I consistently spend hundreds of dollars with monthly did not provide exceptional customer service. I need a manager to get in contact with me asap.

Apparently they were working on some pumps so there was a backups of cars getting gas. The best part is they have the lowest pricedgas in Macon. Area is kept clean and the attendant are nice
