Cheap tires, although last time they forgot a wheel weight on one of my tires. I don't care for the fact that you have to order the tires, then schedule an appointment. Lengthy process!

Great prices but the service is a little less than I expected. I buy tires there and they can never get them installed when I pay. Always have to make an appointment for a week or more out. I live 45 minutes away. This is very inconvenient.

Called 3 times for 1 question and have been hung up on only to be put on hold immediately after calling back without any greeting waited almost 15 minutes on hold called to speak with someone in customer service and explained what had happened and thought she was going to help me and she put me on hold for 10 more minutes!!! What are you people doing there? Helping customers seems to be low on the list and if youre shorthanded, please hire more people even if its to answer and address phone calls.

I came in 10 minutes after they opened and even called ahead to see what the wait time would be. I was told it would take 30 minutes to get my battery replaced. I waited 2 AND A HALF HOURS!!! I kept getting different updates with different info on my car. As I was waiting, I saw multiple service guys walk in and out with pizza and drinks as if they had no customers to help. One guy was not professional at all and did not care that I had been waiting forever. I kept getting updates for how much longer it would be and it kept lasting longer and longer. WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR HERE AGAIN. ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE

Worst experience I have ever had there and I've been a member for years. I have liked the new checkout system with 2 employees per full service lines. But yesterday those 4 employees were all best friends. Instead of efficiently ring customers out they were talking to each other, hugging other friends who walked by. Etc. The lines backed up terribly. Eventually someone in a yellow vest came up and opened another register and sent customers to adjoining regs. like electronics and customer service. The 4 employees in my 2 lines continued talking and moving slowly. If I thought that this was going to be the norm I would turn in my membership and never return. We'll see.

We went for a slow leak in one tire and we’re told all four needed to be replaced. We ordered them and never heard when they arrived until we called for a status. We scheduled an appt and they couldn’t replace them because of a lug nut. They wanted us to go to another tire establishment for the lug nut and then come back. No thanks!

3 appointments. No fewer than 15 phone calls. Each time they would say the computer only shows 1 tire is here. I finally went in on my last appointment and they looked around and what do you know, all 4 tires were there. I have to wonder if they weren't there the entire time. It was a terrible experience to be honest. Not impressed with either you're or member services. Put you on hold, don't let you know just click and you're on hold. Extremely thoughtless. IMO. They need training in customer care no doubt.

Probably the most unorganized and ill run institution to purchase and have tires installed. Tires were ordered in the first week of October and an appointment was made to have the installation five days after they arrived at the club. After waiting an hour and a half, I was told the tires were “misplaced.” The tire center manager refunded the installation charge and said he’d call when the tires he reordered had arrived. After a week, I had no call, but the tires were received (I called to double check). I was told to, “just drop by and we’ll get it done.” Well, just dropping by has taken nearly three hours when I was told to expect two. Customer service is sorely lacking and the customer is blamed for errors made by employees. Beware! Tires are a good price but sometimes they don’t exist or you have to wait an eternity to have them installed.

Had my tires replaced today. No issues with replacement however issues with staff. Person before me didn’t have an appointment for a tire change and when staff told him he had to have an appointment, he threw a fit so they gave him a same day appointment. Mind you that scheduled appointments were a week+ out. I had scheduled a week prior and after the person before me paid and left, I went ip to the register and paid for my replacement/gave my keys. Afterwards, I noticed the total value was significantly different from my initial order so when they called me to tell me my car is ready, I asked to look over the receipt and noticed they charged me for 5 tires. The charge was remedied however I asked if the person before me who didn’t have an appointment received his tire change already and staff told me he already did and left So essentially they overcharged me for a tire replacement that would have gone unnoticed if I did not double check the charge and second they took someone who did not have an appointment before me, delaying my replacement. I do not recommend Sam’s Tire unless you are looking to waste your time. I will consider not renewing my membership for this year.

I called the tire department first thing this morning in distress that my car needs a tire as i found it flat after a long night shift. I explained I commute from Danville and don’t feel safe to use my spare to get home and then had to drive back home and then travel to work tonight. I was very emotional… but then Albert kindly walked me through what tire I would need and advised he would do his best to work me in. Albert continued to show some much compassion when I arrived that he explained he wanted to see if he could fix my tire or change it quickly so I could get rest. Albert worked so promptly and fixed my tire. He went above and beyond to fix my tire and assure me that I don’t need to buy a tire at this time. Albert made my week. He showed me that in the midst of chaos there are such good people in this world. Truly some of the best service I’ve had in a very long time!!!!!
