Will ONLY buy my tires from THIS Sam’s Club Tire Center! Avoid the Nicholasville KY one like the PLAGUE! They patched a hole in same four quadrant, which is frowned upon! The guys at the NC location are very knowledgeable and no better than the idiots in Nicholasville!

I bought a full set of tires from Sam's Club. Had the Road Hazard Warranty. So when I had a blowout due to a pothole I tried to get my tire repaired only to be informed that because I didn't have an active membership my Warranty was void until I renewed my membership. What a rip off. If I had known I would have went someplace else.

Terrible customer service. I stood in line for 15 minutes to pick up my car, and the one guy working the desk, saw me and walked away, and didn’t come back… I had to go ask three different people if someone could come help me get my car. The guy who gave me the keys was not able to answer if they fixed my tires or answer any basic questions… they rotated my spare tire upfront and didn’t put the supposed fixed tire back on my car… so I’ve gotta switch wheels around tonight…

Left lug nuts loose on tire change. Was able to find it before any damage. Could not reach a manager. Some Indian dude. Go to a local tire shop. Stay away from this place.

I have visited this Sam’s Club Auto Care location multiple times, and unfortunately, each experience has been disappointing. First, when calling this location, you are not able to speak directly with an Auto Care associate. Calls are routed to an off-site appointment desk rather than someone working in the shop, which makes it difficult to address specific concerns about your vehicle. Second, this same location previously worked on my car, and afterward I discovered a missing lug nut. When I returned, they refused to service the vehicle at all. I later visited the Sam’s Club Auto Care at South Point, Ohio, where I was told they would have simply provided a replacement lug nut and addressed the issue without hesitation. Most recently, after having a tire replacement and balance done at the New Circle Road, Lexington location, another Sam’s Club informed me that a lug nut was cross-threaded. This ultimately required me to replace the wheel stud myself. Overall, the New Circle Road location does not seem to follow the same standards or practices as other Sam’s Club Auto Care centers. Additionally, the staff at this location was largely unfriendly, with the exception of one employee. For anyone considering Sam’s Club Auto Care, I strongly recommend the South Point, Ohio location. Their staff is friendly, professional, and you are able to speak directly with an associate when you call. The difference in customer service and care for your vehicle is significant.
