I had purchase my own oil and filter. They charged me $150 to put my rv on a lift. Said he greased everything that needed to be greased. Didn't happen. Will never go back!

Called Sam’s today to set up a muffler repair on my friend’s Jeep for Saturday and was dropping it off this afternoon for the appointment tomorrow. Mike and the team were great and so very helpful. He said “if you can hang out for about 40 minutes we can get it done for you yet today.” It’s service like that will get me coming back for other repairs. Great job on a Friday afternoon!!

We were going here for years and just recently my husband had his truck towed here. They told us he needed a whole new radiator and it would be between 1,200 to 1,500. I argued with my husband and made him get a second opinion. Turns out the other shop found a hole in rubber coolant line that had dry rotted. Sam's was going to charge 1,200 for a $78 fix. Buyer beware

Sam's Muffler & Brakes is one of the only places I trust to work on my vehicles, even my father does as well. Sam's always does a tremendously amazing job, they are all honest and hard working, they do quality work at an exceptional pace. Always does an amazing job, gracious with cost, and kind compassionate behavior. I have been getting repairs from Sam's since I had my first go-kart and welded it for me 25+ years ago, to my very first car... This place is awesome. The owner Mike is a great guy. I love this place because they will actually tell you the truth about your car and not try to make a bunch of money off you. Took my car in for a wheel bearing while doing that they let me know that my rack and pinion was going out. The price of fixing it was $700 which I was going to have them do. Thank God they were honest with me and told me that the car was not worth it I should find another and now low and behold 1 year later the bottom is so Rusty the engine and transmission are about to fall out.. And now I took it back to get another wheel bearing. They called me and said they saw nothing wrong with the car I was confused because it was really sounding like the tire was about to fall off. It was so bad I was terrified to drive it so I actually had it towed there which is all the way across town. Well it ended up being two bad tires and a bad rim once again they could have made money off me and just done the wheel bearing since I was positive that had to be it, or any amount of other things like as we all know this happens all the time when you take your car in. So I went and got the tires and rim. They put the tires on the rims and balanced them got me good to go for what would have probably cost me triple somewhere else. This is the only place I will take my car for repairs anymore. By the way Mike who I dealt with is the owner, who was honest and could have made all that money off me so I can tell you this is a trustworthy place. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Sam's Muffler and Brakes, a place you can count on for honest work and efficiency. I had a broken flex pipe/exhaust on my elentra and they did wonders repairing it all. Reasonable price, personable, and cares about the customers. Along with their work telling the same story. I am sure I will be coming back in the future.

I went to this shop only because muffler man didn’t have any openings which is where I usually take my car for repairs (Brakes) Well I went into the shop and explained to them what was going on with my SUV. Left my car there and then later (20min) I got a call from Dave stating that I had all this stuff going on that I knew wasn’t… and he gave me a quote for $842! I preceded to tell him that it was ok and that I was going to pick up my car because that was way too much…. I then received a call back from Dave about 5 minutes later stating… oh I miss understood all that stuff wasn’t going on but I will charge you for 299 bucks for parts around 100 for labor he said he put on a rotor (rear)hardware kit- tighten up bolts and then he told me that he would show me all the old stuff…. Man oh Man this guy came out with some brake pads only.. no rotor or nothing!!!!!!!! When I got ready to leave out the shop he came running out the door behind me trying to show me something on rim that he said he fixed… pure life! I was scammed out 400 bucks… because at this point I don’t know what they really fixed-it only took them about 30 minutes to fix my car if that!!! Be aware-I didn’t mention that I am women with a Lexus… you get the picture right!!!!!!
