Service is horrible. Aside from that, they never answer the phone. They don't return your calls nor give you ETA when the vehicle will be ready. 😡 Next time I'll go out of town and get me a FORD

My vehicle has been there since June 19 2024. And still no ETA of when vehicle will be ready. I called multiple times, but there was no answer. When they did finally pick up, I asked to speak to a manager, and the staff said he'd return my call. Til this day, no freaking call at all. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... AS I SEE ALL COMMENTS EVERYONE HERE HAS HAD BAD EXPERIENCES WITH ALL TYPES OF VEHICLES.

No one ever answers phone calls, and if they do they put you on hold and hang up. They took a week to just tell me what’s wrong with my Silverado. I took it in June 4 and got it back June 13, but guess what my damn engine light is on again. It’s not even a week since I got my truck back!! Service is simply horrible..

My last services had being a nightmare. I took my truck for brake work, and they end up breaking bolts on my tires. The last service I took my truck for maintenance, and when I got home the coolant deposit was broken and the coolant was all gone. It was after hours, so I call my parents' mechanic and told me I couldn't move my truck because the motor could break. This happened the same day I got my truck out of service. Thanks to my parents' mechanic, he was able to fix the issue. Unfortunately, I had to pay twice for a lousy job made by a "professional" mechanic at Sames Chevrolet. Shame on them, thank God I did not had an accident the same day. Sames Chevrolet lost a customer for life.

My truck was not fixed correctly the first time. When told to pick up the pant was not smooth and it had extra scratches that were not there when I dropped it off. It was finally fixed days later.

After the truck was taken in the advisor kept us informed every step of the way. Informed us of the part ordered, when the part would arrive, and when labor would be completed. It was great to know. The truck was even ready before the expected time! Advisor even texted to advise truck could be picked up. We also received a phone call. Service is the only reason I select my dealership.

I’ve had many issues here. They stripped out the drain on my oil pan, changed out a part for $600 that didn’t fix the issue, another $1300 to actually fix the problem, got my truck back and the window washer fluid sprayer wasn’t working, checked it myself to find they had pinched the hose between a bracket and the frame. Just unacceptable level of “service” here. I get that they’re super busy, but it really seems that they purposely cause issues so that they can charge you to fix them.

A service department member failed to contact me after the job on my vehicle was supposedly completed. My truck had been in the shop for three days, and I had to show up in person to ask for an update. When I arrived at 9 a.m., I was told that no issues were found. I then reminded the staff about a recall issue, and only then did they acknowledge it and said they would have it checked out. I was told I’d receive a call by 12 p.m. After not hearing anything, I tried calling around 1:30 p.m. with no success in reaching anyone. I had to drive to the dealership a second time that day just to find out what was going on and whether I needed to arrange a rental car or if the job was going to be completed. When I arrived, the service member brought out a technician to discuss my vehicle. The technician told me the vehicle was currently being worked on. However, I noticed my truck was still parked outside in the service lane. I pointed this out, and both the service member and technician then claimed they had misunderstood my question. If I wanted to be lied to, I’d ask my kids who ate the cookie—I wouldn’t expect that from two grown men. At that point, I became doubtful that any real work had even been done on my vehicle. The oil change was poorly handled—there was spilled oil on engine components, the oil life indicator was not reset, and the new oil change reminder sticker wasn’t placed on the window (the old one was still there). Additionally, there were oil stains on the doors, door handles, and the steering wheel felt dirty, as if the technician hadn’t removed their gloves while working. Overall, I’m completely disappointed with this entire experience.

What’s the point of making an appointment?, you show up 10 minutes before, there’s a typical line and you wait for more then 30/40 minutes for someone to come up to you. Someone just pulled up and got greeted. Lol. Wow been here for almost 30 min. Next time I’ll spend the $80 at another place, be in and out in 15 mins for an OIL CHANGE

I got my oil service. After months of putting it off since they have a high volume of people every other day and I dreaded coming here due to bad wait times and service but I need to. I finally did and they had someone going out there making sure what we needed and I'am glad they finally hired someone to be out there taking customers orders. So thanks for that +point to that! Other than that oil prices were actually decent this around so plus one that and another +point. I stayed and was there 2 hours for oil change that was alot but can't really blame them but at least I had a large waiting area with coffee and tv.
