I was fortunate to have found this auto repair shop approximately 4 years ago. It was and remains refreshing to receive a detailed diagnostic explanation of the repair work needed with the confidence that the work performed will be done right and the cost for repairs will be very fair. I have encouraged several individuals to schedule repairs there and all have been very satisfied. Dave Sampson and his team at Sampson Performance and Car Care are pleasant to deal with and are great alternative to the high cost of service at Dealerships or trusting your car to Chain Entities who primarily specialize in tires or mufflers and offer other automotive repairs having below average skill sets for other vehicle maintenance. My trust has grown to the point of requesting that a complete inspection be done while vehicles are in for specific work and giving Dave and Company the go ahead to replace any part or service any other area if inspection justifies or if mileage dictates that replacing or servicing would increase safety and be financially prudent if vehicle breakdown can be avoided. Dealerships have their place with new cars and warranty repairs but if you have a vehicle with outside those categories, you will be doing yourself and your finances a favor by giving Sampson Performance and Car Care the opportunity to prove all that was just detailed was indeed accurate. Once again the team at Sampson Auto Performance provided a good reason to Post additional positive commentary concerning the manner in which my immediate need for vehicle was addressed. The previous evening the temp on my car pegged red. Next day called AAA and they towed my vehicle to Sampson arriving approx 10am. My phone rang a little after 12 noon and my car repair needs had been diagnosed , analyzed and I also received what the cost for each repair would be….😎. I’ve had enough experience with many vehicles visiting Sampson that I now don’t question or try to analyze the charges. Any concerns regarding integrity and honesty vanished after my first encounter with Dave Sampson. My vehicle requires several parts that will need shipped. In one afternoon I was provided all the information needed along with completion expectation. Sampson Auto Performance service is in a class by itself. When the word “ Integrity” can be genuinely included in just what a customer can expect , then full confidence accompanies the choice of Choosing this Business. This is not a paid for Post ,only one from an appreciative customer.
