The tint looks great and professional installed. I didn't mind I had to pay a little extra for the service and administrative fees but paying online thinking it was included with the tint was extremely shady. You need to be more transparent about the pricing. The person in the front desk tried to upcharge front windows and windshield to be installed and the different tint brand they had which also had different pricing if you wanted a ceramic tint as they advertise online.

Saif was extremely accommodating, professional, and thorough with providing options for tint (% in darkness, regular and nano ceramic, etc.) Saif provided an estimated time of completion along with a follow-up phone call. When we arrived, to ensure complete satisfaction, Saif did a walkthrough of the vehicle, inside and out, and also emphasize the importance of allowing 3-5 days to ensure the tint curing processing. We also accepted his BOGO offer for our other vehicle. Definitely recommend!

Had a good experience getting my C300 tinted here. Made an appt for 4pm on a Tues and was in and out in under two hours. I had been initially drawn in by the $99 promotion but in speaking with them, opted to upgrade for the ceramic tint. Glad I made that call as it definitely has a more legit/OEM look to it. One thing to keep in mind is the curing process. The manager mentioned not to roll down the windows for 3-5 days which I listened to and on day 6 I noticed there were a couple of small air bubbles. I was about to head back for a re-do but checked online and read that sometimes the curing process can take a bit longer if it’s a cooler climate. Sure enough the bubbles were gone a couple of days later. Happy with the end results.

I went to one of their other locations in Walnut Creek about 6 months ago and they did a pretty good job since then got a new car and moved to San Francisco and found out they have a new location so I was like oh cool I already know their name. Then I looked online they had a deal on their website got the whole car done for 140 bucks. Want to use their other location I had a group on but I'm pretty sure that what I paid with the deal on their website was a better deal than the Groupon. Of course that deal was for like the cheapest kind of thing they have I guess they have three different grades you know the top one being ceramic I got the cheapest one, and my car is hella dark you can't see inside it. Got my Infinite G37 tinted here. The car’s window automatically rolls down slightly when the door is opened, which messed up the tint and made it peel. I returned, and they replaced the tints for free under the lifetime warranty, even though it wasn’t their fault. They fixed it by making the tint longer so the tint doesn’t get caught when the window rolls down. Besides that, the customer service is top notch. The price point is fair since you’re paying for both the tint and warranty.

I highly recommend using Jet Black Tint & Glass ! The service was excellent. They finished a lot faster that originally stated. One thing that really stood out is that I was first told that in order to remove the existing tint on the back glass, I would lose my defrosting diodes. They were able to remove the existing tint without damaging anything. The price was very good as well. So many other places are so much higher.
