Long story,but very un happy with their work,had work done in the past with no problems,but last time,bad work was done and over charged right after new mech was hired,they took no responsebility,I thought they were honest and nice too,till they almost ruined my truck and played dumb,won't have any more repairs done here

I've been a customer of theirs for over ten years. Wally and Adam are extremely honest, do great work, and charge a fair price. They have worked on a variety of cars for me: Honda, Acura, Mitsubishi and Lexus come to mind. Everything from basic oil changes and routine maintenance to larger repairs. They stand by their work and have never failed to correct something if it is not perfect, which is rarely the case. You can do far worse than building a relationship with these guys.

AutoZone said my girlfriends alternator was bad after replacing the battery under warranty, coincidentally in the same breath he offered to replace it for her for a fee. After taking it to San Marco Auto Repair they inspected and tested the alternator and battery and confirmed there was nothing wrong with either. I can't recommend them enough. Wally's honest which is hard to find nowadays and I won't take my car any where else!

THE MOST HONEST MECHANIC IN JACKSONVILLE. After taking my Acura to wally for a transmission noise I was pleased to find out that there was nothing mechanically wrong with the transmission. Instead of quoting me thousands for a new trans he changed the fluid and put an additive in and it went away! Thank you Wally for your honesty.

If you’re looking for a good shop to get some work done on your vehicle, this is the place to go. My car just happened to become inoperable when I was driving on that side of town. I did a quick search for shops in the vicinity to have the tow truck send my car to and decided on this one. From the first phone call on a Tuesday afternoon, they made me feel like I was their top priority customer. Even though they had many other vehicles in the shop, they had my problem identified and fixed by the next morning. I had a rental that I need to drop off a few miles from the shop so I called to let them know that I was in the area but would still be an hour or two because I had to walk there from the rental place. Then they did something I’ve never heard of.... they offered to pick me up from the car rental spot. They absolutely didn’t have to do that but they did. It saved me an hour walk and I couldn’t be more grateful. Cindy and Wally know how to run a business and more importantly, how to treat people. If you need your car worked on, you need to go see them. Thank you, Cindy and Wally!!!!!

Cindy and Wally were great. I manage a fleet of vehicles. One of our Explorer’s developed a noise when driving. A JAX Ford dealer said it was a damaged splash guard flapping and quoted nearly $1200 to replace it. I took it to San Marco. They remounted the splash guard (loose, not damaged) but it did not stop the noise. Ultimately they found the real cause on a half shaft (took pictures and showed me) and fixed everything for $250! I highly recommend them. They are an honest mechanic’s shop that does quality work.
