This company does not even deserve one star, but that’s the least I could give it. Unfortunately, the venue we like to use only uses this crappy company. It’s just such a hassle every time we use them and I’m never satisfied.

Very bad experience. Tried to purchase tickets to a Bear Ghost concert but received tickets for a different event and venue. When I tried to resolve via customer service, they instructed me to contact the venue for the incorrect show. Horrible. I’ve been trying to resolve the issues for 4 days now.

Bought tickets for a specific artist that didn’t perform. No notice of lineup changes were given which I would assume they’d know in advanced considering they booked a replacement artist. No refund was given. AVOID any event/tickets through See Tickets at all cost!

Typical scummy ticket agency that gouges consumers with junk fees.
I wish we had better consumer protection laws in this country

Can’t cancel tickets with ample notice nor can I resell them and losing over $100 in the process.

Used them once, for Coldplay tickets in in 2023. Everything went smoothly as it should.

I purchased tickets for DJ HYO at Summit Austin (3/30/2024) and I can say confidently that every person at that bar who also purchased tickets was misled and scammed by this event. The ticket, for starters, gave the event time as 10pm to 11:30pm. Great. I get in there, and a different DJ is doing a set. Nowhere was an opener for HYO mentioned. Not on the See Tickets US site nor on Summit Austin’s marketing for this event. An hour passes. Two hours. This opener is still going with his set, and the crowd is very visibly not vibing with it and getting antsy. And absolutely zero offense to this DJ; he was trying his best given the situation. But where’s HYO? I left this event a little after midnight without seeing HYO. A friend who stayed at the event texted me that she went on around 12:49am. Keep in mind that bars close at 2am in Austin. See Tickets US has their terms and agreements set up very purposefully to state that, “We do not operate these events and cannot control unforeseen circumstances which may occur at an event.” So that means no refunds for the hundreds of people who were misled and scammed. In the future, I will not be doing business with a company that can so boldly allow customers to be screwed over and not offer any kind of compensation.

no customer service at all, no one will answer your call, and no one replies your email, just like a blackbox.

Data breach in May leaked name, addresses, and credit card info. See Tickets claims they "moved quickly to notify (me)" in a letter received in mid-September, 4 months later. That is not quick or reasonable.

Hands down the worst ticket service I have ever had to deal with. Between flights, music, and bus tickets, this takes the cake for the worst way to buy a single ticket. NEVER USE!
I literally never leave reviews so that must say something. Absolutely horrible. I would give them a 0 if I could
