Cannot recommend Justin's services enough. Had an issue with my truck body control module, Justin could not get it fixed the first two visits but then he came back three more times, free of charge, to work on my truck and finally resolve the issue. This man is an extremely hard worker, gives honest assessments, and is dedicated to his service. It was very evident how much it bothered him that he could not fix my truck's issue right away and refused to rest until the job was done. All I can say is wow!!! Truly impressed with Justin and his services. I learned of Semper Fix It from a friend recommending to like a Facebook page and so glad I did!!! I have had an electrical gremlin in what I thought was my dash for the last year and a half going on in my 4Runner. I have been hesitant taking it to a shop because you hear of the horror stories with certain places. Justin responded quickly asking numerous questions before our appointment to diagnose the problem before he even arrived. It was amazing to have a mechanic come to me so I could carry on about my daily routine without having to worry about rides to and from a mechanic shop. Turned out to be a transmission speed sensor which I didn’t even know was a thing. Semper Fix It sent over Justin, a USMC veteran and a professional mobile mechanic with stellar communication. I hired SFI to help with some problems on my 2009 Chevy Express 3500 diesel short bus/RV (aka the “Green Weenie”). I’m mechanically inclined and we discussed possible causes before the appointment. He showed up a few minutes early, made introductions, explained his service and warranty, and got right to work. He was very prepared, and even brought extra parts, including a new starter, just in case. What I appreciated most was how he communicated. He explained things clearly and provided quality suggestions. His troubleshooting actually saved me about $600 because he found and fixed the real issue instead of just replacing parts we originally discussed. That kind of integrity is appreciated. Great pricing, veteran-owned, mobile, and trustworthy. If the Green Weenie acts up again, I’m calling Semper Fix It.
