We were traveling across country - broke down contacted Serra spoke with Georg me I believe the service manager. He scheduled us at opening the next day. Had vehicle and camper towed to the facility the night before the repair. We were greeted and welcomed to stay in lot in our camper and given personal employee’s cell number to call if we needed anything nicer night.
