I had an excellent experience at this mechanic shop. From start to finish, their customer service was top-notch and genuine. Josh went above and beyond to make sure my car was in great shape. He took the time to explain the issues and provided honest recommendations. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I left feeling confident in the repairs, and my car runs better than ever. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled mechanic!

I highly recommend Service Street! The staff was absolutely exceptional — knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly kind. Josh, in particular, went above and beyond to help me out when I was in a tough situation. Thanks to him and the team, my car was up and running. Their efficiency and reliability made all the difference at a time when I really needed help. I truly can’t thank them enough. It’s rare to find a team that not only does great work, but genuinely cares. Thank you again, Josh and everyone at Service Street!

I had a crack in my radiator right before leaving on a long road trip and understanding my situation they got me in immediately and I needed a new radiator so the manager ordered one and had it put in within 4 hrs so I could get back on the road. James also was able to save me $200 on the repair which helped me out a lot. I don't have a lot of faith in mechanics because I always feel like im gonna get price gouged but this was the best experience I've ever had. I highly recommend them!

I always get my oil changed here! They do a great job. I’ve also bought tires from them as well, and that was performed well. Customer service is awesome!

Had an interesting experience here. I walked in to get advice on my car and saw a guy in a service street shirt named Dell yelling and cursing at the front desk. Despite the situation, Josh, Adam, and Charlie were all extremely professional and handled everything very well while still providing me with great assistance. Really appreciated how they kept things professional well handling the situation!

SHOCKING!!!! PHOTOS ATTACHED!!!! I've used the lone tree location before and it has been fine. but this time...I took my car 18' AMG to Service Street Auto on July 17th for new front tires and an alignment. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Midway through the service, the technician working on my car quit, and a service advisor took over. He assured me that the tires and alignment was completed properly. However, when I inspected my car, I found significant damage to my front two wheels. I have photos and videos documenting this damage. Then found further damage from when another Service Street location did my rear tires two weeks prior! ALL 4 WHEELS DAMAGED. I called the shop that evening and brought my car back the next morning to show the damage to the advisor and the general manager, Jerry. They agreed to fix and repair the wheels. Today is August 5th, and despite their promise, the wheels have not been repaired. Additionally, the brand-new front tires installed on July 17th already show extreme and uneven wear after just two weeks of driving (SEE PHOTO). The rear tires are also showing more wear due to the improper alignment. Austin, a service advisor, claimed that the regional manager had inspected the tires, but this turned out to be false. No area director or regional manager ever checked the tires. This misinformation has only added to my frustration. Furthermore, the general manager did not return my call after I left a message a week prior to schedule the repair with my wheel tech. While waiting at the shop, another customer mentioned she was there because they had performed brake service on her car, and she lost all brake functionality while driving on the highway. When she checked, her brake fluid was completely gone. This raises serious concerns about the quality and safety of their services. AND to TOP it off. Austin Parked my car with caution tape scratching the body panel. Service Street Auto's lack of communication, failure to follow through on promises, and the condition of my tires and wheels have left me very dissatisfied. I would never recommend anyone take their vehicle to this shop. and I hope they come through and do the right thing. EDIT ITS NOW SEPTEMBER. I have sent them the estimate to repair my wheels and it appears they are ignoring it. They chased nearly $1000 in dmamahes to my custom coated wheels. Not they won’t do anything.

The best experience I've had with an auto shop to date. I managed to limp my misfiring car into their parking lot after not wanting to wait 2 hours for a tow. They got me in and out in just over an hour with a wallet that wasn't too much lighter and a car that ran far better. Josh and Dave were the gentlemen I dealt with and they maintained a friendly and patient attitude with me throughout. Truly, "above and beyond" is a fitting description.

6 weeks ago i needed to get an oil change done quickly, and they were able to accommodate us. Why not try out the new auto repair shop in the neighborhood right? Well, they came back to us with several repair items. They claimed that front and rear brakes were both needed to be replaced as well as new front struts on our 2020 Yukon. The front struts are very expensive and had been replaced just six months earlier. Additionally, both front and rear brakes have been redone in the last 12 months so it sounded strange to me. The best part about this is they told me that the vehicle was "unsafe". I took the vehicle on a long road trip and it performed fairly well, however, the front struts definitely felt like there was a problem still. I finally took the vehicle to my preferred shop up the street at Big O tires. Within an hour of dropping the vehicle off, they delivered a link with a complete digital inspection which showed pictures and detail detailed what work needed to be done. This was not offered at Service Street. You're just supposed to take their word for it. In the end, six weeks later the front brakes had 70% life in them and the rear brakes had 40% life in them. While there was a minor leak that had since resolved in the front strut, the real issue was that the sensor on the strut had become loose and that was causing the system to work improperly. I would never trust these guys as they were very friendly, but I think they're a bunch of crooks! ask for proof before approving repairs with these guys.

They always take care of me and my cars this is my shop for big things to be done to my car. I use to go to dealership only and I took my wife's car here and they did a great job with her car. So I take my car in and they did a great job with it as well.

Picked up a nail in my tire, called Service Street Tire, and were able to get me in right away! In and out in less than 15 minutes! Adam helped me out, but the whole staff was super friendly! Will be bringing my car here for all future service!

Same experience as another recent review. Scheduled an oil change and during the inspection process I randomly needed new front and rear brakes and had a leak because of the drain plug. Typical upsell shop. Without any proof other than their ‘word’ they want to replace other items. Usually take my car to a certified Mercedes shop but thought I’d try the new local shop. The GM insisted I didn’t pay for the oil change which is irrelevant but ironic when they gave me my ‘receipt’….. it said nothing about oil change and just has declination of brake services. On a Mercedes, the system alerts you prior to needing brake work…. Why would I have them done before it needed to be done? Upsell shop…… be cautious.

Hello, Wanted to take a moment and thank every single employee that works at the Service Street auto care center in Castle Pines, CO. I can absolutely recommend them completely to take care of your vehicle with anything it needs repaired. I have an older truck that many places had told me they were unable to work on but Service Street welcomed me with open arms. They did quite a bit of suspension work with an alignment, as well as replaced an intake manifold gasket, and recharged my A/C on top of a few other smaller odds and ends. It’s so wonderful to have a local auto care shop that can do it all. I also have many friends that have also had great experiences with Service Street with all sorts of different repairs as well. I wanted to thank Mr Josh and Mr James for all of their support and help with my project. I highly recommend this location and I will be back for more work in the future and will continue to recommend them to others. You can tell this is a great repair shop because the parking lot is always full of cars they are repairing. Thank you very much Service Street Castle Pines. :) I gave them 5 out of 5 stars but would have given them 6 stars if I could. I’m very grateful for all they did for me. If you are looking for a great shop then stop in and see what they can do for you. You’ll be grateful too. Great service and great prices. Friendly staff. Thanks again Service Street Castle Pines.

100000% Recommend this place they're the best. I have a 2017 dodge journey that's had so many problems. I originally came in because my coolant tank was leaking like crazy. Told them to diagnose anything else that was wrong with it since i don't know jack about cars. I have gone to so many other mechanics and they were the first ones who actually knew how to work on my car! They explained everything about what maintenance they did and why they did it. For the amount of service that they did plus labor, the price at the end was amazing compared to what big companies would've quoted me. These are the first mechanics that have ever actually solved the problem with my car. It sounds amazing driving now and I'm extremely grateful for their kindness and knowledge! Another thing too is their communication was great. As they were working on my car they consistently called me to let me know as they found out what other problems my car was having on top of confirming with me wether it was okay or not to do the extra work. These guys don't hide their prices or try and screw you over they're 100% upfront about everything. I had originally called another nearby shop and they didn't service dodges and they recommended me over here. I looked at the reviews on yelp and was a little worried but i gave it a shot and man am i happy i did! Best recommendation I've ever received. Will be here for all future check ups & maintenance!

Staff is friendly, but I have brought my car there for brake service twice. The first time they didn’t put in the actual service but charged me for 5 air filters. They told me serviced my brakes though. Meanwhile, they had not because I had brought my car in a little bit later for an oil change, and they recommended getting my brakes serviced. I was confused and asked what they charged me for last time, and he said “they probably just wiped down the brakes”. So then, I paid $800 for my brake pad to be replaced. I am now her less than a year later, and my brake pads are somehow still being recommended to be recommended. I have on no crazy road trips or anything that would cause them needing to be replaced this quickly. I will not be going back to this shop as they have cost me over $1000, and I couldn’t even tell you what for thanks to their lack of proper documentation.

This turned out to be a frustrating experience. All was great with my oil change. They recommended a coolant flush as well as a brake fluid flush. I approved and spent $500 to get the service items done. Upon returning home after a longer than advertised wait, I noticed chewing gum on my trunk. What?! I know it wasn't there from before, because I went straight from the car wash (I hand dried the car afterwards) to get my oil change and then straight home. I couldn't help but wonder what the quality of service performed for my car was if they left gum on the car... Take this with a grain of salt as I see many people have had good experiences here, but I won't be returning.

We have had back-to-back great experiences here. Every time we call everyone is so accommodating and tells us to come in right away. Today I was able to come in, have them fix a nail in my tire and be finished within 20 minutes. So grateful they’re in the neighborhood!

I have been using SimplyEuro since they opened the doors. The quality of service that this team has provided me with is second to none as are the reasonable and proper prices for those services. If you are looking for a top-notch Service group that can provide you with world class services on Mercedes, Ferraris, Jaguars, bMWs and even my new Porsche look no further as SimplyEuro should be your choice. In closing, I want to personally thank both Ashley and Blake for taking such pride in what they have accomplished.

My husband and I were heading home to Colorado Springs from Denver and not too far down I-25 we started having engine issues and had to pull over. We figured it was maybe just a lack of oil so we found a King Sooper's nearby and bought some oil but when that didn't help we started looking for a service center and as luck would have it we were already in the same parking lot as Service Street! We drove over and called their number (it was 7pm on a Friday so they weren't open) and talked to a very friendly and helpful representative. We were able to leave the car there and found a ride back to the Springs. The next day, the service tech called us and said there was definitely something wrong and recommended we contact our dealership to see if there was possibly a recall or warranty coverage for the car and they were right! Unfortunately the manufacturer said the warranty service HAD to be performed by a dealership, despite Service Street offering to call our dealership and work it out so they could take care of it and save us an expensive tow service. Throughout our short experience with Service Street, they were friendly, polite, and very informative. If the manufacturer would have okay'd it, we absolutely would have been happy to let Service Street take care of the warranty repair. Despite doing a diagnostic and calling us multiple times to keep us up to date and make sure we understood what was going on, Service Street still didn't charge us anything (even when we offered to compensate them). If you're in the Castle Pines area and are looking for good, honest service for your car I recommend Service Street!
