Haces como un mes y medio se me aruino la bomba de combustible, ellos me dijeron wie era la bomba lo cambiaron y me quedo fallando cuando cargaba gas y ahora 70 días después ya no me prendió la van y de nuevo es la bomba de combustible que ellos habían cambia

Mal servicio no más kieren robar. Hoy fuí a qué me revisaran el ac xq no enfriaba y me dijo que el compresor no servía. Y resulta que no mas era un fusible no más kieren sacar dinero. No bueno eso para los clientes

Went in to get the transmission solenoids replaced, and as soon as I left, the truck wasn’t starting because the anti theft turn on. I saw that’s they have broken off the ignition switch (which they did not replace). He said they were going to charge $250 to terminate the alarm and $300 for the solenoids. I was told the truck was ready and on my way to pick up the truck, he added $300 more with. I clear explanation. I got there and the truck wasn’t ready. They didn’t connect the intake to the truck and it turned off on the test drive. Had to wait over and hour. Went home and the transmission was leaking. Took it back to the mechanic and the transmission is still leaking, and they also messed up the wire that goes from the transmission to the stick and they tried putting it together with Zip-ties. Couldn’t even make it home. Moral of the story, don’t use this mechanic.

I was desperately looking for a mechanic so I went on Google and found this company call service mechanico off south first st Austin TX and called I spoke to a guy name Sergio told him what was wrong with my car which it was a water pump and timing belt change he said okay and came pick up my car the next day and the day after that he call me and said your is ready so I came and got started it up and everything sounded really great ask he how much I owe and he had me a good deal. So I would recommend him anytime to fix my car. Excellent service.

TERRIBLE SERVICE & EXPERIENCE!!!! I originally came because my AC wasn’t working in my car so I already knew that I either had to get Freon or I needed to get the AC compressor replaced. First time that I came the original mechanic that I was speaking to over the phone who I was recommended by a coworker, wasn’t even there, and I had to speak to someone who was a Spanish speaker (which I’m not fluent) & I had to wait almost two hrs before even getting service. I asked the mechanic if there was a way that I can get a used compressor because I don’t want to spend too much money he still wind up installing a newer compressor, putting me in a position where if I didn’t pay for it, I wouldn’t be able to drive my car off the lot. There may not even be legal proof that I got my car serviced there because I didn’t fill out any paperwork and I doubt that the mechanics took any pictures of my vehicle. ThenThe AC only worked for about two days until I realize that I couldn’t even drive my car at a long distance because it was immediately shutting off. Come to find out that the radiator was damaged during the first initial service I told them mechanic about it. He was trying to charge me $60 for another diagnosis just to see what was going on and refused to check his work for free after I told him that I wasn’t able to even turn on my car. Then he sent another Spanish-speaking tow truck driver to come in tow my car to his shop, which he was gonna also charge me for I told him no to the tow truck driver and I found another mechanic to fix it for me. I never got an apology refund or empathy. As far as just looking at the car again just to see what else could’ve been a possible issue. I would not recommend him to anyone and I’m hoping this wasn’t a “women are stupid about cars” or racial issue because my coworker who is also hispanic Hasnt had an issue with him, but her husband who is black has had many issues. I spent $700 plus on services just to be ignored.

Best auto mechanic service so far …. And I’ve been to too many! They have correctly diagnosed and fixed two issues on my Jeep renegade (engine mount and sway bar link issues). They are honest and very reasonable with their prices. They also work pretty fast and took me in pretty late in the day the first time I went.
