Terrible!!! Paid $580 for the job and he couldn't fix it. He said he won't charge for coming to the truck and flat 2h rate which he eventually charged. Good thing he showed up after several calls. Mom and Pop mechanic. He is asking me what he has to do on my truck while he is a mechanic.

I called at 10 pm that night car just died after seeing the battery light. He answered the phone and was very calm and concern. I expressed not sure of the issue but I just replaced my battery. He assured me over the phone he will come and diagnose the issue. On the day of service being a woman dealing with mechanic can be tough. Compete gentleman and guides me through the process and advise on the best solution. He didn’t pitch into unnecessary work on my vehicle. Service was in an timely manner he wasn’t weird but strictly professional. As a woman first time dealing with major mechanic issues he made it like a breeze. Highly recommend him as your next mechanic.

Called them out with a transmission problem. They came said it's the clutch actuator and replaced it. Then they call and say they replaced it but truck not fixed, a shifter needed to be replaced at that point I told them to stop guessworking and actually diagnosing the problem. After that they were irresponsive, had to tow the truck to a different shop and they figured out that the actuator needed to be recalibrated and fixed the issue. These guys are not mechanics only part replacers and code readers.

Bradley single handedly saved my family's RV vacation, when he was the only tire tech willing to help us with a flat at midnight on a Saturday night, and then we needed him again when our engine belt broke just sixty miles further along the turnpike, meaning it is now Sunday, and where closer mechanics were either not open or claimed to be 24-hr but never responded to the voicemails or texts that I left, Bradley didn't mind driving further than his normal area, and since I had already told him what the problem was, when he showed up he had already brought with him every part compatible with our RV that was related to overheating, and it turned out all we needed was the new belt and three containers of new coolant. He stayed with us for an extra half hour to make sure we wouldn't overheat again. Bradley was a saint! He got us back on the road and back to enjoying our time in Florida.
