Purchased a vehicle for my adult child and the salesperson Dante was amazing. He wanted to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase financially, mechanically and esthetically. Dante allowed us the time to get the vehicle checked out by a local mechanic at a chain auto shop for an unbiased evaluation. OMG!! I have never dealt with a less professional business of any kind in my life. I've bought several dozen cars over the last four decades, and never dealt with any more pathetic than Shelby Motors. I should have known something was wrong when they answer the phone with, "hello". What kind of business makes this amateur faux pas. I asked what was wrong with the car of interest and told it had a dent and a few scratches, but otherwise was in excellent condition. No mention of the badly rusted rocker panels you couldn't see in the pictures. I let them know we would be coming from two hours away and would be there at 9am to look at the car. When we got there the lot was blocked with a car across the lot entrance. Some sort of half-assed security system we supposed. When someone showed up to move that vehicle, we pulled in and were then COMPLETELY ignored. We assumed the man who allowed access to the lot was certainly not a sales person. Bizarrely, not the slightest eye contact as he walked by us multiple times. After 20 minutes, we went into the building to inquire if a sales person would be showing up soon. This man who had completely ignored us, was surprisingly sitting behind a sales desk. It only gets worse from here. The car we came to test drive was blocked in by other vehicles even though they knew we were coming. When we finally were able to get it out, the brakes were stuck on. After forcing it free by gunning the engine, we then discovered the passenger door would not open no matter what was tried to change that. Trying the unlock button on the driver's door produced a disturbing screeching noise and changed nothing. The 'salesman' wanted us to wait while he brought it in his garage for repair. Seriously?? We didn't have time for that. We had said we were coming. We had CASH in hand. We wanted to drive away with it as soon as they could fill out the paperwork. Why wasn't this car checked and ready to go? It's like these people don't even care if they sell cars. I handed the man back the key and he told us with a bit of attitude to "have a nice day". A half day and half a tank of gas wasted. Shelby Motors should ABSOLUTELY be avoided !!!! Buyer beware !!!

I have very poor credit due to some life circumstances. I was confident that I wouldn't be able to get a vehicle without a co-signer. But Dave and Moe worked tirelessly to find me financing. They managed to find me financing that offered a warranty too!! All without needing a co-signer! Its been a couple weeks and I noticed the wheel bearing making a noise once in a while. They're on top of fixing it. I'm highly impressed! They aren't your average dealership, they're better. Moe and Dave actually care about their customers! The only thing I can say that isn't positive. Is when they say they'll call you back, they don't. So you have to call them back instead. But! They're apologetic and pleasant when you call them back. You can tell they genuinely didn't mean to forget. I highly recommend you check them out for your next vehicle!

Honestly I have gone to Shelby motors a couple times. And once I get a vehicle less than 30 days it starts driving awful or I have to immediately use my extended warranty they push to get I have been left walking and everything else. Spoke with moe he promised this time things would be different s d that didn’t happen my truck has a rejection sticker and the entire front end needs to be ripped apart to be fixed muffler is messed up and they don’t keep their word. I decided to look up other reviews and seen some crazy stuff. I refuse to ever go to Shelby motors again. I wouldn’t even send my worse enemy there smh
