I love it!! I even save more with my shell fuel rewards They have great prices on the car wash. Its a plus being 24hrs open and their empolyees are very nice & friendly :). Best gas station ever!!!

The car wash here sucks! It doesn't even dry the car off properly. I got the $11 car wash came out wet all over the top. I went in the mart to ask the attendant if he could run just the blower again so that I can have my card dried right and he told to wait outside for him because he would have to go check the car. I waited for about 10-15 minutes and he finally came out and said my car looked fine to him. I pointed out all the water that was left on top of my hood, the top and the trunk and restated that my car was still wet and I just wanted to pass by the blowers again. I told him I don't want my money back, I just want my car to not get waterdrop stains. The attendant then proceeded to offer me my money back or said he could give me rags. I repeated to him that it wasn't about the money, I JUET WANTED MY CWR TO BE DRY. So the attendant went inside and brought my 3 rags for me to HAND DRY my car. What the hell is up with this car wash?

I lady backed up at me and damaged my car in the car wash when I asked the manager for the video to probe it wasn't my fault she told me was going to send it by phone after that I was never able to see the manager they said she was on vacation, sick , missed for 10 mins etc etc very frustrating customer service of the car wash.

They always have decent cash prices in the area. However, their credit card prices are usually 3-5 cents more expensive than the 76 down the street. What's nice is when the price is competitive, this location doesn't get crazy packed like the 76. I usually check GasBuddy first.

Car wash was down - drove out of my way for specifically that. When I went to talk to the guy at the counter he didn’t even look up to speak with me about if it was running or not. Customer service sucks and the lack of what is advertised is a 2 star

Cool spot! I usually get a quick and cheap automatic carwash. Service is fine but moving around people can be a bit of a drag since the lot is on the smaller side. Overall, standard experience from any gas station in the area.

All the pumps are usually working. Soapy water and windshield wiper is always available. Anytime I had a issue with strangers parking in the parking lot I was able to confirm whether or not they were customers. I'm always on the lookout for those shady people sitting in their cars remotely stealing our credit card information. Gas is always less expensive when I use my Ralph's reward card number. Sometimes I save up to $.90 a gallon.

I have consistently noticed that the station is poorly maintained and does not meet basic cleanliness standards. Specifically, the pavement around the pumps is disgusting covered in grime and debris, littered areas, filthy and vandalized pumps. Given that there is a school right behind the station it's concerning to think about the safety and well-being of the students who stop by in the mornings for snacks. This place is not only uninviting but personally dangerous. I can't recommend this gas station to anyone, especially with kids in the area. It's in dire need of cleaning and maintenance. I believe maintaining a clean and sanitary environment is not only crucial for customer satisfaction but also for public health and safety. It is disappointing to experience such conditions at a reputable brand like Shell.

This review is only for the drive thru car wash, which is in the back of the Shell gas station. This is a small gas station, so it’s better to enter the car wash from the driveway on Cesar Chavez Avenue. I used the car wash two times these past two weeks because two of my cars were very dirty and you can barely see out the windshields. The car wash was working both times. There was more waiting on Monday morning (3 cars in front) than Thursday noon (1 car in front). The cost of a premium car wash is currently $12 and regular wash is $10. The cars came out fairly clean, but you do need to touch up some areas with a microfiber cloth afterwards. The cars definitely look better than before the wash. I would recommend this Shell station, if you’re looking for a quick and simple car wash.

Pump #2 pumped fuel so slowly, it took about 15 minutes to fill my tank. When I told one of the cashiers inside, she acknowledged me, but in a way that made me think she was not all there, mentally. Surprising she can have a job at all.

Update August 29th 2024 12:23 a.m. I've come here several times already anywhere from this time to 4:00 in the morning and it seems like every single time I've come here there's no one else on the premises to assist you and the way you know somebody is playing hooky is that there is no employee's car parked on the side this is extremely frustrating because you're not able to pay at the pump you literally have to do it from the inside so future reference the card merchant at the gas hoses do not work So disappointing. This rating just because of an employee that makes coming here enjoyable Everytime I've come here by the name of Felipe, works the night shift..coming here at sometimes 3am in the morning and seeing him there does give me an ease of calm because of his great personality, awesome customer skills as far as prices.. I think it's more on the expensive side by a tad oh and there's a lunch truck that parks there with Bombay food!

Their card readers are often down and when you are in hurry with kids in the car it is not good to have to go inside to pay. 12/5/25 update. Gave them a second shot. Two of the pumps wound read my card. I witnessed many people driving up and leaving frustrated. There was a sign on window that said “out to lunch, back in 45 minutes “. At least they could have put signs on the pumps. Out of service.

I'm frankly disappointed about this wash. Today when I pulled in to get my car washed just right before you get into the wash there are signs put up that says you need to pay at the cashiers inside the gas station before getting the car wash. They disabled their credit card insert. This is a total inconvenience as we have to stop the car, turn off the engine, go in and pay. When I paid for my wash and ask the cashier to put a note before you get to the wash so that people can pay for a watch before getting to the wash and have a big pile up, he said there is no way they can do that. I will never come to this wash again. This is the last time I am going to this wash. Also, you can't put in your code before the car in front is done drying. It will invalidate your code and you have to get another code!!!! This is crazy because the machine with lights tell you to put the code in then! Also before, the machine keeps the code and would let you wash even though you put in code when car is drying! For sure my last time here. I may go ahead and use the Costco car washes. It is cheaper and doesn't give me such a hassle
