Oh, oh no do I have a story to tell you... this is a nice gas station with some food and snacks, is what it seemed like as a dailys. Now, it's gotten worse and worse, the staff like me which is only why it's 3 stars and not 2.

It is no longer a Shell station, but hasn't updated its name on maps. Not only were the gas pumps all out of order, but all the restrooms were too.

Every aspect of this gas station is disappointing!!! Gas prices higher than anywhere else, the car wash is a disaster and does not clean, to top that the air station doesn’t work, and instead it empties your tires, and they didn’t even bother to put a sign up to say broken. Horrible experience

The young lady was rude amd very unprofessional and the manager was no better I was denied my feul rewards . whats the point of having it if I can not receive my full benefits. They are lazy at this location and refuse to help manager amd employee they both need to be replaced by people who know what they are doing never again. Freaking idiots

Extremely disappointed for the first time. I was filling a Mazda SUV in the handicap and called for assistance. Waited around 5min and started myself butt the pump was not working correctly, Called again and again to the point that I had to move to another pump. I called again before something was wrong. I was getting so irritated and upset, I only wished I would have had the opportunity to speak to an owner because I would have terminated inmidietly the 2 girls outside smoking and the 2 inside re training

consistently get poor attitude from the cashier's at this store for the past 4 yrs. my most recent visit I was checking out and saw the cashier was not wearing mask, I stepped back to physically distance. once I did this she was rude and gave me mad attitude. found out that evening that I had recently been exposed. so you are welcome shell cashier! think before you take this action personally, someone may be trying to protect you! do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Have been a regular customer since the Store opened, have always been treated very good by staff until new Manager was hired recently. She has been rude to me on several occasions and when I complained about her parking her car within 5 feet of the front door in a space that is usually reserved for customers, she told me to call Corporate if I wanted but she wasn’t moving her car. So after walking thru the rain a couple of times because of this I called Corporate and talked to Area Sup. Mark. He was very nice and told me that was not good customer service and he would tell her to move her car. Several days later her call was still taking up that spot and I had to walk in the rain again and called him back, he said he would call her again. After calling him three times I went in the store today and she met me at the door and told me her Supervisor requested that I not return to the store. That she would call the Police and issue a Trespass Warning if needed. I have never been treated so badly by a business that I have been a regular customer and gone to at least 5 times a week. This is the worst excuse for Customer Service I have ever encountered.

I went to this Shell for over thirty years, back when Mac owned it. He sold it, but I kept coming. The staff was always great, no complaints. HOWEVER, one day I decided to use the automated car wash and watched in horror as the rotating brushes literally peeled a lengthy piece of trim right off my car and twisted it into a pretzel! I fully expected the owner to take care of the damage, which was minimal, and the manager on duty felt that they would as well. Sadly, the corporate owners in Jacksonville told me that they would NOT accept responsibility because they could not determine that their carwash was defective in any way - even though I had a witness to what happened in the car behind me! Between me and the other members of my family, we were spending $150-200 a month at this station. Not anymore! They have now lost $1800-2400 a year from a 30-year loyal customer over not wanting to fix a $100 piece of trim on my car that their machine damaged. VERY shortsighted if you ask me. I'll never be back because now I know that I can't trust them, and I want to be able to trust the people I do business with.

Old and dirty. I infer their tanks have the same degree of care taken. I wouldn’t use their gas except in an emergency. On top of that, they are charging $0.32 more per gallon than the Circle K around the corner.

When the store was Daily’s it was a premium convenience store. Since changing ownership it has completely fallen apart. First off, as a gas station it is anywhere from $0.15-$0.30 more per gallon than the gas station next door to it. Second, as a convenience store, it is a total mess. There are generally boxes stacked up at random in the store. They have slushies, but they are usually out or not working. Also, they haven’t had lids for the slushies in months. They recently added a hot dog rotator but the hot dogs look multiple days old. There are no price tags on anything because the price is usually double to triple what you would expect. The only thing they have done right is that the staff is, for the most part, super friendly and kind. I have lived just a few blocks from here for the past 32 years and have been going here at least once a week for the entire time. I can’t believe how far it has fallen since the change of ownership… I am very disappointed, as there isn’t an alternative quicky nearby. I will likely just start going to Publix instead unless it is closed

I have been a regular at this store for years. Ever since the new management showed up, they CONSTANTLY scam me and everyone else I know who shops there. They don't even scan items, they just enter in their own price manually, usually adding an extra 50 cents or so. And when you ask why you are being charged extra, they either say it was an accident or the price tag is wrong, and "just this once" they'll give you the lower price. Yet every time I come back they do the same thing again. It is INSANE that a massive company like shell would allow such blatant scamming to take place in their store, by someone wearing their logo. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I would just avoid this place. I strongly believe they have a card skimmer installed on one of the pumps. I had to stop for some gas the other day and the very next day I get a 99$ charge on my card at a Publix in Miami. I wish I’d stopped at the Marathon instead.

On 6/21/2024 I needed gas right away, i was passing there so I stopped, no matter where I get gas from, $60 is a full tank for me, this day I didn’t pay attention to the price per gallon, after leaving I noticed that the $60 in gas I had just gotten only gave me 3/4 of a tank! I tried calling the number on the website….disconnected! I drove back by and the gas IS advertised at 3.99 a gallon! I will never go there again, for anything! I stopped there about a month ago for a bag of chips, got to work and they were stale! Bad business and bad practices! They should not be in business!

Whoever is responding to this venue reviews, please be aware that ipersonating SHELL is FRAUD. False advertising. Pumps are not using Shell system, I can only suspect the kind of fuel they're selling.

AVOID! Stopped here to fuel up in a company vehicle. They don't stock their pumps with receipt paper so I had to go inside for my receipt to submit for reimbursement from my employer. I was told they could not print my receipt and that the receipt was locked. Unacceptable. So much for my reimbursement. As someone who works in the attached plaza, this will be my last time patronizing this gas station.
