The price of the gallon in this gas station is always about 10 cents more than the gas station a few miles down the same street. Just drive a few seconds down the street to save some money.

We went by to get gas before our trip and ALL of the pumps were down. I understand that things happen, but they didn't have any notes on pump so we walked in and then they told us after we stood in line for a while.

If I could I would get this place negative reviews Come in to use the bathroom bathrooms are absolutely disgusting there's no toilet paper I go in and ask for a roll of toilet paper the guy behind the counter says no toilet paper so I end up buying toilet paper four rolls for $3.20 absolute scam and on top of that he was rude and the store is absolutely disgusting shop elsewhere if you can

Crowded & busy car and foot traffic. VERY HARD to maneuver inside stoe9 for item purchases. Seems like NO staff available to pick up trash all around. It'd be SAFER place if TWO PEOPLE on duty at all times. Also it'd be nicer & better place to make purchases IF all clerks trained better in CUSTOMER SERVICE so repeat customers return. Lots of problems with trash sadly that customers leave behind that the clerks need to pickup graciously and SHELL needs to find convenient for customers to dispose of TRASH easily ...some blows into street that clerks could pick up too of two on duty. Sad to see alcohol sold at gas stations so easily ... IMHO that encourages DRINKING & DRIVING by some people. ... .

Went to get gas there were several people in line and i said i wamted 33 on number 12, well he put it in number 2 and the person on number 2 got my gas. When i told the cashier he said could only give me 10.00 because thats what number 2 paid. But that he had told the person in number to pay the difference but the person left. In other words, i gave someone 20.00 of free gas. Never again getting gas here.

Been busy for the past few weeks so haven’t been able to put in a review but I was there recently on a road trip and your employee Brittani was really nice and made my overall experience at this gas station noteworthy. She is the type to know her regulars and put a smile on people’s faces!

I had really bad experience here, I was trying to buy gas by using my credit card and also debit card, but the machine doesn’t work, it looks like they are force you to pay gas by cash, I was in a hurry, so I ended up walked inside to pay cash for gas, I don’t know her name but she is a black skinny woman who stood at the counter, she’s extremely rude, I put the cash on the table, and said “3 dollars for pump 7, please.” she said I have to hand the cash to her, otherwise, she refused to service me. “Well, fine”, so I handed the cash to her, she then didn’t say anything, I was waiting for the receipt, after a moment, she said: “what now? You can leave now” I said: “But I want my receipt.” She said: “if you want a receipt, you have to say it, I am not gonna just give you receipt if you didn’t ask for it.” What a rude attitude, how can you treat your customer like that, please avoid this gas static you can, unless she gets fired.

Tried paying with the shell app, and the place doesn't seem to be updated enough to use the app. Kind of a joke in 2025. Also, the entrance to the place has massive pot holes that would blow a tire on most passenger cars. Place is really run down.

I have used this gas station for nearly a decade and now I have to find something better. From various reviews it seems that most of the “Shell” stations are no longer Shell in Gainesville which is extremely disappointing. All the pumps said to come inside to see the cashier which Sucks. I walk in to pay, mentioned my rewards because I had a 20cent off the gallon reward I was trying to redeem and the cashier gave me the run around talking about they have a new rewards system and they don’t accept the cards etc. Which is exactly why I pay at the pump to avoid this, If this station isn’t actually a Shell station they need to change the name and branding because this is misleading to consumers . I will be reporting this to Shell Corporate.

It's the only shell brand for a few miles, it's dirty, half the machines are out, and overall unkept. Wouldn't go inside for anything and now my feet are covered in gas. Sighhh

Very poorly maintained gas station. Many of the pumps don’t work or require you to pay inside. Gas dispenses very slowly. Pumps are apparently hot actually connected to the shell rewards network. Feels like the type of place where you will either end up with bad gas or your credit card number will be stollen.

It appears that the pumps have charged my card, yet they only accept cash, and the system is not functioning correctly. Furthermore, the gas station staff has not offered an apology, but rather placed the blame on you, stating that this is common knowledge.

Shady gas station that has random cars parked at it at different times just sitting at the pumps. The actual pump credit card machines are always faulty and it seems that it charges the credit cards and then nothing happens. Really scammy feeling here. Avoid at all costs. Gas station feels very unsafe physically and credit card wise as well.
