I'm in Gville every day. The gas prices are kinda high and the bathroom is on the car wash, you have to ask for a key @ the gas station -that cashier doesnt seem happy w/you needing the key. Bad attitude. This was back 4 months ago. Current gas price is $2 55 and 9/10.

The pump stations are really out-dated as they have separate nozzles for different gas levels and you even have to lift up the switch handle so it can start pumping. Almost all of the pumps are dirty and greasy as if anyone has hardly cleaned them at all, or fill up the paper roll for printing. This Shell station used to offer 10 cent discount per gallon after about 11:30 pm at night but that no longer exists. However, it's in a great and convenient location and participating in the fuel rewards program. The other Shell (originally Valero) at 40th Blvd and Archer is way better.

This place is a joke. I go in to buy 2 cokes. The sign says 2 for 3 dollars. Rings up 4.26. Guy tells me the system "probably" hasn't updated. I then point to all the signs in the coke window saying 2 for 3. "Sorry nothing I can do." Then gives me back .50 cent on a 4.26 transaction that I gave him a 5 dollar bill for. Never go to this gas station!!!

Parking lot is huge, store is tiny but has everything you would most likely make a quick stop for. Car wash, vaccums, etc. Be careful entering and exiting parking lot it's on a VERY busy intersection but easily accessed.

This GAS station is honestly about 0.30- 0.40 cents higher per gallon at ALL TIMES vs Gas Stations down the street. Do not buy gas from this company or owner, they are ripping you off! Use the gas buddy app to check local prices or drive up the road to WAWA, you’ll save 0.30 cents a gallon every time.

SUPER DISAPPOINTED WITH MY VISIT TODAY! I usually always go here to pump gas in my car, but today I HAD THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. I was trying to pay at the pump with my debit card and the machine was taking long to load, so I went inside to pay. At the register, there was two ladies. One of them was super sweet. She seemed new to the team, but the other one was on her phone! Her phone was on speaker (this happened around 7:30 PM today 11/28/2017) and I could hear her whole conversation. My debit card chip was not working for some odd reason, and the one that was on her phone asked me "what type of card do you have?" I told her, I have a debit card with a chip. Then in a RUDE way, she said: "I asked you what type of card do you have. American express, MasterCard, Visa?" I could not believe the type of tone of voice she used. I responded with "MasterCard. Bank of America. Debit Card with chip." I told the other young lady who was trying to help me (the new one) thank you and walked away. I left to the BP gas station.

DO NOT GO HERE. Price Gouging going on here and the gas station is falling apart. The station is filthy prices inside are even worse not to mention it looks like a dump. You're better off driving down to the wawa by Texas Roadhouse or the one towards uf health. Actually, just about any other gas station is better.

It's a difficult gas station to get access to based on the direction you're coming from and their prices are higher than some of the other gas stations here it. You're lucky to get a pump without having to wait for others. Convenient location if you need to get gas ASAP, though, like I said, difficult to access depending on direction.

Dirty. Digital displays on pumps don't all work so price per gallon is hidden/blank until AFTER you've started pumping gas. Rude staff who literally respond with, "Not my problen" when told about broken pumps & other issues that need to be fixed in order to do business there. One employee was aggressive & hostile instead of courteous & helpful. DO NOT BUY GAS HERE drive a few seconds down the road to avoid them.

I moved here from New York, NY where prices are a bit high to say the least. I went here a few times to begin w until I realized how high their prices were. They went from a shell to taking the shell logo off of everything bc of “legal issues” during the pandemic.. price gouging. I went in recently and I grabbed 4 gatorades. The guy rang me up and told me it would be $19 seriously $19.. I asked why when the labels say 2 for 3.. he told me I know I own this place. There are fees that have to be paid now.. I’m sorry.. what?! He’s a crook. Stay away.

Not a HUGE deal, but stopped here in a rush as I was behind on a very important appointment. Needed quick gas, so I rushed in and handed the cash while mentioning my pump number. She responded with "Good Morning" with a Sassy look on her face, as if she expected me to say "Good Morning" back before providing service. Come on Girl, some people are busy while you work at a run down gas station that has no business. Atleast you got your "Good Morning" as I ran back out to my car, hoping to not miss my appointment. I often strive to be polite but was behind and in a rush.. how hard is it to accept money and push a button.

Went with an e-gift card, the guy acted like he couldn't figure it out. Both the guy behind me and I tried to explain it to him, as it literally explains on the Shell app and he just basically refused to make the purchase.

Hey people the Gainesville you do not want to go to this Shell gas station The owner like cut my head off because he doesn't have any signs up saying that they only accept cash for lottery picks and I bought 20 of them didn't have my cash so I had my card on me and I couldn't pay for them and the guy we almost got in a fight I'll put it like that he was very hateful very rude disrespectful of course he's from another country you know how that goes so just letting you know bad experience have you smoke cigarettes don't even think about buying them there cuz they're off the charts gouging money gouging price gouging and the place is filthy dirty and their gasoline is way and above average have a good day y'all

Dirty gas station inside and out. Rude staff. Diesel hose does not cut off and spills everywhere. Boarded up, not repaired glass door. Cashier insisted I come inside and pay multiple times and every pump declined my fully valid cards. Too sketchy for me.

Stopped for gas. Tried two different payment methods on two pumps. No gas. No one else could get gas either. Crew inside was clueless. Store was dirty. Not recommended.
