Wish I could give zero. Had gas explode all over myself, car, and inside my car. Worker came screaming at me that I don’t know how to pump gas and that there’s nothing he can do because he didn’t do it. Will be calling BBB and headquarters. Disgusting human being.

Put $25 of regular unleaded into my truck. Within minutes of driving after I left the gas station, the truck stopped working. Had it towed. Mechanic said, we had water in our gas tank causing the mechanical issue. Filing a complaint with the Shell Headquarters.

Very rude Walked in the first time for a cup of coffee. They had a nice Community Coffee sign displayed outside, so I thought I would try it. Went inside and there was one old pot of coffee on the warmer with a green top, usually indicating decaf. I asked if it was regular or decaf. The clerk said, "I don't know." He didn't even offer to make a pot. Went back later after hockey to buy a Monster. The clerk was talking on his earpiece and completely ignored me. After he took my money, never looking at me, I said, " Thank you." I repeated myself three times before he finally looked up and waved me off like I was bothering him. I will never be back to this dump!

Got lied to by the lady that works there that there are no restrictions at the gas station. And when I ask how does a gestation has no restrooms, she said it's busted, but yet ppl are going in and out of em. Never coming back here and not just because of the 7 different guys laying around outside

The guy there shorted me $5.. I gave him $37 to put in my gas tank and told him I’d be back to get the remaining money bc my car didn’t need that much. It stopped at $32. Gas and cost of living is already ridiculously high and you’re going to pocket $5? Or just not count. He counted twice too. Won’t be going here again or paying in cash again. Y’all can pay the amex fees next time if I decide to go to a shell.

Steer clear. Gas pumps hardly ever work. They will go without gas for weeks at a time. Prices inside are absolutely insane, and one of the guys there randomly increases prices on things while hes there. Card skimmer noticed on multiple occasions. (Recommend using tap to pay everywhere for this reason alone) This place only remains open due to the (Likely very illegal) Slot machine setup they have inside. Its constantly being played 24/7. So if you dont have a gambling addiction; Id just avoid the place.
