Rude as Hell! There are polite ways to verbally express that you don't have change for a hundred. You don't have to get rude and disrespectfully unpleasant. P. S. Thanks for a winning scratch off ticket. Got my 100 back. Boom! MIC DROP.

Horrible experience. Clerk accused me of stealing when i just squished a whoopee cushion (i'm a funny person), admittedly it did sound like a bookbag zipper. I went back the next day to say sorry for the trouble and explained what actually happened. She still told me to never come back and also had it all on camera. A whole bunch of bologna.

If I could or know how to put zero star I definitely will.i pay the cashier didn't activate my pump when back inside and told them and they say I have to pay again because I hang the pump ( accused me of not paying) just to be short guys avoid that place avoid it

The carwash here is horrible. Barely cleaned the car, my windshield is still dirty. Pretty pricey for a poor job also at the end during the drying the conveyor belt jumped the tire and wouldn't move the car to the end we had to put the car in drive and drive over the thing that is supposed to move you along. Dont waste your money or risk getting yourself stuck!

Your gas pump buttons are severely worn out and do not work. I had to go to the Secor and Sylvania Shell to access my Rewards. Several pumps had red bags over it. Need to update and upgrade your pumps, look at the new pumps at Secor and Sylvania. Will not be going to this location again until it's fixed.

nasty little attitude on one mid-age white lady. don’t tell me how much money is gonna fill my gas tank . then when i returned for my money , i asked about the number on the tank.. she gave me this attitude? don’t act bad because you’re behind that protest glass . i called to speak to a manager.. no answer . that’s ridiculous .

Very rude service! I asked for juul pods and the clerk said “I don’t carry that garbage here”. Interesting choice of words when communicating with a potential customer and surprising considering all the cigarettes they had available for sale. Next time, probably just simply say you don’t have them. Insults or whenever he was trying to accomplish by being rude is highly unnecessary.

Absolutely the worst Shell Station in Toledo! The pumps are always broken with red bags covered over the nozzles, the pumps are always out of paper receipts, the buttons used to type in your alternate phone # for rewards are broken, and the restrooms are filthy! Don't waste your time and money visiting this station!
