Do not waste your money on the car wash. The machine is falling a part and barely cleans the car. Go to cobble stone and use their express wash so much better cleaning job.

Very clean and safety oriented considering the current circumstances of the pandemic. This is my neighborhood convenience store/gas station, staff is very friendly except for one day time staff member who always seems to be having a bad day every day when I stop in there?

I found a gift discounted dramatically on the getupside app at approximately $3.20 per gallon, so I called the station to verify the price. They declined to honor that price, they said they are not responsible for prices posted on apps. I guess I won't be going to the station at all.

I've probably been here 4-5 times and the pumps are AWFUL. They never work, it often says to "pay inside". I tried 2 pumps today and none of them worked. I will never be back.

This is probably the best designed gas station/foodmart I have been in in the 4000 plus Lyft rides I've ever made in the valley. They have a countertop where you can eat inside if you want air conditioning, and they have tables outside with proper lighting so you can enjoy eating outside. I don't like to eat in my car so this is probably my favorite place to stop whenever I'm in this part of town. I also enjoy using my shell gas card here because I can get gas cheaper.

Micah, the assistant manager, was super rude. He was chimming it up with one of his buddies/regulars and then the second guy in line too. He was complaining about how he was asked to come into work yesterday. My turn to cash out and he doesn't say hello; not a word even after I said Hello. He made no eye contact, didn't tell me what my total was and he didn't even say goodbye or hand me my bag. There was no acknowledgement and I felt very pushed away. For an assistant manager, he definitely needs training. Awful.

Terrible experience here today and last visit as well, I won’t bother trying to stop at this one again. First pump I stopped at had a tiny sign that card reader was out of order and at the second one card reader wasn’t working without any sign indicating it was down. Also, about half the pumps were blocked off with caution tape making for a headache just to find one in the first place. In addition, space is small and careless driver didn’t look first when pulling out of a parking spot.

Pumps either never work or you need to try 5 different cards. Good luck if you're crunched on time. The system is unfathomably slow and if it happens to not like your card, tough luck you need to wait several minutes for it to unlock your card from the reader. I've tried to get gas here many times as it's the closest, no longer. They clearly don't want business

Whoever does the ordering for this gas station, and then the other one at Higley and Pecos has not caught on to when you’re always sold out you should order more next time. They are consistently out of a number of items, especially Zyns. So now I drive to a much better gas station called Quiktrip because they have professional people handling their inventory.

Pumps never seem to work and don’t ever put in your rewards number it spins and then kicks you out! We try to go here because it’s convenient but we never end up getting gas and waste our time because it’s so slow and the machine freezes up every time!

Pumps never work and are always ridiculously slow. DO NOT put your rewards into the pumps because they’ll freeze up and waste your savings. And of course the clerks can’t do anything about it. Same issues at the Shell at Higley/Pecos.

I have lived across the street from the Shell on Higley and Ray for five years and I’ve always loved the staff everyone’s very Nice except one woman that’s been there forever. I am separated my husband and barely have enough money for coffee and I went in there with change and I asked her if I can get a Fastawards card so I could get a discount . She got very annoyed and said they were out. I’m counting my pennies with a long line of people in back of me one man thought I was homeless and offered to give me a 5. I was so embarrassed . She should not be in customer service 👎🏽
