Stopped in went and got my gas prices were reasonable I went inside and to get a soda and some chips it was quick it wasn't a lot of people there the attending outside to hear my gas while I went inside and paid for my other things in and out real fast that's it

The laziest station I have been to in my life, sat waiting for service for 20 minutes before I just drove off, while sitting and waiting I witnessed a lot of shady business going on around me. Did not feel safe AT ALL! Definitely do not recommend this station to anyone travelling at night!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!!

I would give them - 20 but can't. We go there at least every other week for propane, not to often do we get gas because the price is to high. But today we got $10 on our debit card, that was all we could afford. When the guy came to the window, my husband handed him his card and said $10.00 regular, the guy (who was also not wearing a mask) said $10 and my husband said yes. The guy put the handle in and went to take care of another person. My husband and I were talking and we're not paying attention to the pump, after about 1.5 mins my husband said what's this guy doing and we looked at the pump, it was up to $30.00, and still going. My husband yelled to the guy and jumped out of the truck and stopped the pump. He yelled at the guy you ran over $10 the guy said you said fill it up, my husband and I both said no, he said $10. Because of the guy's mistake, our account was overdrawn and we would have a bounced check fee. My husband told the guy he wanted the $20 to cover our account. The guy kept arguing that we wanted it filled, my husband got mad and called the police, but there was nothing they could do about it. I walked up to the counter ( the guy finally put his mask on because my husband yelled at him for not wearing it) I said my husband said $10 and you repeated it back to him and he said ok, he looked at me and said ma'am why would I do that? I said because you're busy and you weren't paying attention, we don't have $30 we only have $10 that's why we asked for $10. He finally gave my husband $20 and told him not to come back.

Lady behind the counter is very sweet. Got the feeling she's like the town mom or sister. ATM fairly priced. And like most convenience stores these days they have all sorts of extras. Knives,torches,ball caps. The list goes on. Definitely get your gas at that shell. Ok

Worst car wash I have ever been to in my life. It's a touchless car wash alright, didn't touch the dirt that was on my truck and it looked as bad as before I went through. The first thing I did when I drove the 6 blocks home to my house was wash my truck by habd. Do not go there if you expect to come out with a clean vehicle. An absolutely worthless scam of a place. I wish an inspector would go through there with a dirty car and get those little squirty things to dribble on their car. That scamm of a place should be shut down.

I think these people have some kind of a scam set up at their carwash. Paid for the car wash, door wouldn't open but it took our money. NO OUT OF ORDER SIGNS ANYWHERE. Attendant refused to refund us unless we could prove that we paid for it. And of course it just so happened to not give us a receipt. Imagine how much money they make if that happens all day.

Got out to pump my gas and the employee came right up to me staring at how much I was going to fuel. After my card was accepted he took the pump before i could grab it and started doing everything himself. I asked him “is there a reason you’re trying to help me?” And he just walked away. After I was done fueling and got inside my car, he grabbed the windshield cleaner and walked straight into my car as if he were drunk or something. Didnt even turn back and he kept walking away. Worst Shell location in Salem.

Clean store every minute and second they stock everything , they always have propane refills for you .. they are fast and friendly workers..good attitude with both outside and inside workers .. they also have a good discount highly recommended

If you’re a female don’t bother going unless you wanna get stared at and watched by the guys in camping chairs. Has happened multiple times last time I just got back in the car and left definitely lost a customer that goes all the time. Another time was the cashier was getting ready to sit outside and got upset when my girl was going into the store and was basically rushing her and she didn’t even have time to get a lid on her fountain drink because he was so demanding to go sit outside with his buddies. That don’t even work there lol it’s not a cat calling place. The manager the women is very nice and shouldn’t allow this to happen.

Friendly staff decent selection of snacks and sodas. My quick stop when I’m staying at the hotel down the road. They even hooked me up with plastic silverware when I accidentally left mine at home. Huge selection of hats and always got good music playing.

*Always check the price at the pump!* The owner posts a lower price on the reader board and hikes the price at the pump 20-30¢ higher per gallon. If this happens to you, contact the OR Atty Gen to leave a complaint. It's fraudulent and unethical as hell. I contacted Shell customer service and the person talks in circles. Also, this location runs about 30-50¢ higher per gallon than most stations in a 5-mi radius. Do a quick Google check.

I went through their carwash today October 15th at the Shell gas station on Lancaster in Salem. There were no rollers to clean the car. I got the $11 service. When it was done my car wasn't even dry. In fact is was very wet. I got out & dried the car myself. I will never use that carwash

Seems Google won't let me edit prices I saw on the pump today, instead relying on old prices from vendor. Today it was $3.89 a gallon for regular and $4.19 for 92 octane, which is much better than posted here. I've noticed this station doesn't always update prices promptly. Sometimes worse, but a good deal for super today!
