Very bad customer service when I was paying he was on his phone the whole time also the coke tasted bitter so I went back to see if I can change it he tasted the coke and said I don't know what your tasting but it taste fine! Never going back here again!!

I asked for a case of beer and the cashier tells me I need to go outside and tell the other employee(whom is on his break) to get me the case. I gave him a funny look, then he tells me I don't care if you want it or not. I walked out to the employee in his break, he said he'd get it for me, but the cashier named Robert has an attitude. There's a lady who works there that has an attitude also...

I wish they were nicer. Especially the older lady with glasses. I just go to get drinks and snacks. Please! Be better and Nicer..just my opinion.

Most of the staff is very rude and they say they close at ten but they close whenever they want. Sometimes 930 sometimes 950 sometimes 10. Very unreliable and maybe one or two employees that know what they are doing or are even remotely friendly. Don’t come here it’s not worth your money for anything.

I think shell stations everywhere in the usa should carry strawberry Gatorade on a permanent basis. Try it, u won't regret it, I get them as often as I possibly can. Yummy yummy yummy

Dec 2025: no receipt paper. Jan 2024: no window wash fluid or even paper towels. Area around pumps is littered with trash. Not a Shell-quality station. Dec 2023: outrageous price for their gas. Over 30 cents more than Albuquerque average. But … it is Shell gasoline. 🤷♂️ Old: Never been inside but just happy that there are still a few actual Shell stations in Albuquerque. Always clean outside by the pumps. Took off one star because there was no receipt paper on Xmas morning.

I love this store! It has everything that I need and great customer service!! They care about your safety and will order special products for their customers. The customer service is outstanding and they really value their regular customers. The gas is top notch and not watered down. I highly recommend this store.

If I could rate negative stars I would. What's not to like? 18 cents a gallon more than the station across the street, extremely rude clerk, (Matt) who yells at elderly female customers, to get them to go around his friend who he is talking to, and then farts loudly and throws your change at you. He is the dirtiest, nastiest, rudest, smelliest person I've ever seen working with people. I guess this establishment hires people like this because they don't care. I will never do business with these idiots again.

I stopped at this convenience store almost daily during my walk. Today after a homeless gentleman checked out in front of me the clerk decided to tell me not to come back to the store because I smell. It was rude made me feel bad and don't understand why nothing was said to the gentleman in front of me but to me. This will not be my daily stop during my walk any longer

Filthy looking and rude staff. No one was wearing masks. I don't know why. I've seen homeless people who looked cleaner. Customers coming in and out were wearing masks and seemed just as uncomfortable as I was with both cashiers not wearing masks. Terrible experience. Will not be back.

You sell absolutely nothing I cannot get at the next gas station. Your only product is the service you provide your customers. When your employees are too busy gossiping and playing on their phones, they're not providing your product.

I love this gas station/ convenience store. It makes sense that the gas costs more than the gas across the street because shell gas is of much higher quality than the no name gas. The staff here are reliable and friendly and they have lots of pumps that work great.

The Staff is excellent and helpful with everything I need even providing Dod Bones for my dog helping me to my car. Yet Jeremiah, the So Called Security Guard, Watching his taking products from store and doing dicey boundaries with me regarding my physical well being after my Husband Passed away last year. Saddened that the owner has chosen to have a Very Mentallery Ill person who has a Protective Order From seeing his children. Life's challenges, including a very mentally ill person. Yet lessons learned.

i am a licensed level 3 guard in the state of new mexico and i stopped here to buy a soda and fill up. they had a security guard that literally held the door shut on me when i walked up to the door and then he demanded i take my uniform and firearm off before going into the gas station. this is how this gas station treats and thanks first responders. i will NEVER come spend my money at this discriminatory establishment ever again.. my business will go to their competition the DK down the road and they actually treat me with respect. spend your money there.
