The clerk is extremely arrogant. He looks at all clients like thieves, and stares blankly at them waiting to accuse. Also when you purchase an item, they’re passive aggressive. This is because they don’t hand the item to you. You have to reach across the counter for the item.

When I came back to return a muscle milk that was leaking without ever being opened or dropped (by me) I was accused of being a liar. Thankful that another employee allowed me to exchange it. Terrible customer service, unsealed drinks, and over priced. Don't recommend.

Started fueling my car and went inside to buy something. Came out and gas was spewing out of my car because the automatic shut-off was broken. I went inside to report the broken pump and have the pump closed. The clerk said nothing was wrong with the pump and didn’t go close the pump. I was not after a refund, I just wanted the pump closed. I moved the trash cans in front of the pump and put a note on the pump about it being broken. Dick clerk!

I will never be back to this place...the clerk/ owner really only cares about money. If something is broke...they will not tell you just charge you...something expired...they do not remove the item or allow you to do returns. They are unproffessional and rude to many customers, everything is over-priced but their behavior makes this place straight up trash.

Up until today, I didn’t have an issue with this place (friendly staff and convenient location);however, after today, I will not be returning. Long story short, they “mistakenly” (choosing to give them the benefit of the doubt) overcharged me $8 for a lotto ticket. They made me search their trash box to find the lotto tickets, on the floor next to the register, to prove my winnings. Told me that if I made the mistake again, I would not get my lotto winnings/money back. Then was told that he will not longer sale to me. I was calm and extremely patient throughout the entire interaction, which took well over 30 mins of being humiliated and blamed for him ripping me off. I guess he was having a bad day, but they should not treat anyone the way I was treated today. Double check your lotto payouts before leaving the store or get the cash, then make a second transaction. Also, request the printout from the lotto machine (I just realized this existed).

I will never get gas or anything else for that matter at this shell gas station. I called this dude to tell him that my Uber debit/credit card was charged $76 and $38.90 and all he said was call your credit card company. This was soon followed with a disconnection without him even say thank you, good bye, or anything showing concern and care for customers. This is a poorly managed gas station. Shell, you just lost this customer.

Prices here are a rip off and the measurements are off. I put four gallons in my tank which would have filled it from 3/4. The gauge moved an 1/8

After 3 times of cards being skimmed coincidentally the day after filling up at this station I will personally be avoiding it. Be careful using the pumps out here. Even used the one they has the best view to the cashier and still got hit. Should have stopped a while ago but wanted to give the place the benefit of the doubt. This on top of the sub par service even for a station clerk has X'd me out.

Rude cashier...He basically asked how much money we had in our pockets in order to pay for what we wanted to buy. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never go back.

Every single time, without fail, my husband and I have gotten hit by skimmers here. It's happened 4 times now in the last few months. Now we've figured out the trend. We've started filling up at HEB now instead. Have not gotten skimmed there at all. So please be careful when filling up here! Apparently the gas pumps there are an easy target.

I've been here multiple times as it's across from my neighborhood and has a decent selection of craft beer. EVERY time I have gone to buy a sixer of beer the price indicates 9.99. EVERY time I checkout the guy rings it up as 11.99. Without fail. EVERY time. I point out the error, he acts like I'm wrong, I show him the tag in the cooler below the beer and he then changes it. Same thing today - yet he insists it's still 11.99. Done with this place. It's a scam and as of today it's even more obvious. That's just the beers issue. The other issue - went in there recently and the same guy (must be the owner) say CC machine is down and he wants to WRITE DOWN my CC number for entry later. You have to be kidding me. I really want this place to work - it's super convenient and actually has a good selection of things. However, my scam-o-meter is going off non-stop at this place. Too many honest options out there and I encourage you all to try them instead.

Fuel 20 cents a gallon higher than speedy stop. Wouldn't take my credit card, which worked fine 5 minutes later at speedy stop. Went in to use my card...needed an amount, I said I need to fill it up so I don't know the amount. I also told him I tried two gas pumps and neither accepted my card...he told me it wasn't his fault and I needed to call the company. Never going here again!

At 5 o’clock in the morning, I was in a real bind and stop by the Shell station on University to buy a gallon of milk when I got home I realize he had charged me $7.49 for that gallon of milk. I tried to call no answer. I will be going back And I will be reporting him to the Shell station.
