I walked in after filling my car, I bought a soda and went to use the bathroom. The attendant was very rude. Yelling I need to keep the bathroom clean and I must flush. Which of course I did. The people who are working here are very rude.

The shop closes at 12. I went there 11:40 and it was already closed and the guy inside was making sings to me to leave in a very rude way. This is very disappointing. I use to go to this gas station very often but now I guess I’ll just go to the one across the street. They are 24hs, the people are much nicer and overall a better experience. It’s truly a shame.

Walked in to use the restroom and fill up an industrial van after driving in from out of state. Came from the Mobil across the street when the attendant was rude. Low and behold, so is this guy. Tells me to keep his bathroom clean, and make sure I flush. Needless to say I did - and then left without filling up. I guess the only way not to put a competitor with horrible service out of business is to match them. Won't be back.

Terrible customer service. I realized I stepped on some dog poop, so I stopped at this gas station to ask for a few paper towels and soap. The cashier continued to point me towards the roll of paper towels I had to buy, while he had a roll behind him he could have given me...

Owner accused me of trying to rob the store simply because I entered while he wasn’t in. Should’ve locked the door, then, if you don’t want anyone coming in.

Had an amazing experience here, a piece of protective plastic came loose when I hit a snow bank and was dragging and making a scraping noise. I have a Prius and my car is low to the ground so I couldn’t reach it myself. I was putting it off as long as possible because I was afraid to hear how much someone was going to charge to put me up on the lift to fix it. (Mainly because I know it’s an extremely simple process if you have the right equipment) I asked how much and I was greeted by the manager Oudy. He acknowledged that it is a simple fix and told me he would take care of it for free. I had never done any business here and was surprised at his generosity. I offered to pay several times and he literally would not accept my money!! Mechanics like this are like unicorns!!! Will definitely be back when I do need work done you can tell he is an honest guy and you don’t have to worry about being over charged or taken advantage of!! Amazing!!

They will overcharge you, and scam you out of your money. We went in for an oil change and were told that our cars have issues. Then took them to the dealership where the dealership disagreed and cleared us. They will fail inspections to get more work. The gas is also a lot more expensive here. Do not recommend.

If you're in this area, you know a restroom is hard to come by let alone a CLEAN restroom but this place? They were so nice and let me use the restroom while I was in the area. It was well kept and so clean. I really appreciated their kindness and cleanliness. So much so, I had to leave this review. If you're in the area, drop by. They have air for your car and vaccum as well.

The air pump doesn't work but there's no sign. They have a second one that does work but it means that you are forced to pay twice. Not very ethical. I'm never returning.

I wish there were options for “0,” “-1,” or even “-2” stars. With all their flaws, they’re also outright thieves. Over a week ago, I fueled my car for $15 using my debit card. While driving, I got a notification that Shell had charged me nearly $50 for the transaction! When I checked my account, I saw the actual $15 charge plus an additional $50 withdrawn. I immediately went to the nearest Shell station to resolve the issue, but the cashier brushed it off, saying the money would be refunded “soon.” Well, Shell, if “soon” means more than a week without resolution, it might as well mean never. I’d seen similar complaints in other reviews and thought maybe those people eventually got their refunds but forgot to update their comments. Now, I’m convinced this happens to countless customers who either give up or forget about it, leaving Shell to profit from these “errors.” I’ve already spent an hour with my bank filing a transaction dispute and still have no idea how this will turn out. I’ll never go there again.

Despite the misleading photos left by other reviewers, this is NOT the Shell with the vintage sign. Other reviews are extremely negative so just avoid this one like I did, and go to the other Shell down the street!

Manager Peter at the Cambridge, MA Shell exhibited appallingly unprofessional and discourteous behavior. After I inadvertently dislodged an item from the fridge and promptly apologized, he persisted in being abrasive. He then contemptuously dropped my change onto the counter, compelling me to collect it coin by coin. Such conduct reflects a profound deficiency in customer service aptitude and managerial decorum.

I just walked over to the Gulf gas station / convenience store because I had shopped there earlier in the day, and, I had this thought in my mind that I may have ***accidently*** did not pay the clerk the full amount for my purchase --- even though he gave me back my change and all. So, I decided to take a walk back over there with some money. If my memory serves me correctly: in-store purchase was $13 & change - and I gave the clerk $14. Regardless, I walked back there, the store lights are off and the place was closed. In closing, I hope that this Shell location won't start accusing me of being some sort of so-cold "shoplifter" - or, I'll have to contact Corporate. Thank you.
