The register lady gave me an attitude when i asked her for change so i can use the shells vacume to clean my car. How do u have a service and refuse to help out your customer when they ask for change to use it. I will not be going there again

Car wash suks!!!! Wouldn't ever come back and I DO NOT recommend to any1! So I went to get a car wash and when said and done, my car came out still dirty! The shammys that were supposedly wiping were doing so with no water and it seemed like the process was ruining my paint! Horrible! Try if u dare or don't believe me. 3/16/17

Cheapest Gas in town their Carwash malfunction once before time they had to close it & refund mines & other customers who paid for carwash. Supposedly this store opens 24/7 but randomly closes for 3-4hrs wth inventory is done during the day not afters hours @a.m 🤷🏼‍♂️

The morning clerk doesn't know what he's doing. I begin to pump gas then it stops at 2 dollars I then begin to pump goes to 9 and it stops again then he gives me my change when I was trying to put 10 dollars this took 5 minutes extra to do.

The lady from the night when i got there i just asked her how much a bag of chips was she gave me attitude right away after i left the chips i asked her if i can get 45 on 1 but the whole time she was on her phone. She didn't hear me so she charged me 25 i was like i said 45 i even gave her a 45 and she told me to hold on but screamed. So i just asked for my monet back and left she started telling stuff at me when i left. Can you guys please do something about her.

What was up with homegirl that was working last night at the Shell? Besides the gossiping and being on her phone. Do you not like when customers are asking for a product and then to be treated as if I’m bugging you? Well, that’s what you signed up for! I thought this place is 24hrs? Its 2am in the morning and the same guy working the nights always closes up to clean inside or outside and disregards anyone trying to pay with cash and makes them wait untill hes done. This morning 6 people had to wait to pump gas and it is the third time this happens that I've witness.

DO NOT GET GAS HERE OR BE CAREFUL WITH GETTING GAS HERE!!! I put a half of tank of mid grade gas in my Hyundai. A few moments later of getting in the highway my alert popped up on my car alongside my engine light!! My car started shaking and stalling on me really badly!!! I pulled over to a different gas station to check under the hood to see if anything else was the issue. My boyfriend and I realized that it’s the gas. We bought gas treatment to put in the car along with oil for the engine. It HELPED make the car ride alot smoother. Looked up how to fix the issue, it says to treat it with high octane and more gas treatment. Prayfully it works and doesn’t mess up my car in the long run. Update. Dec 21, 2021. Had to buy a new car sadly. I couldn’t save my car and I loved my car!

I got SCAMMED here! I put $5 for gas and when I started driving the gas meter was still empty and the electronic drive to empty was at 19 miles left which was what I arrived with. The gas pump didn't dispense any gas but the meter ran. I had to another station a mile away. When I spoke to the worker they said call the manager. This is the worst shell I've been to.

horrible service. be aware you have to pay for items in one station & gas on another station. regardless if you were in line first they make you go back in line and wait again to pay your gas. EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT!

Horrible service!! Purchased a car wash while pumping gas and machine froze and selected wrong car wash. I then went inside to upgrade my car wash. One of the employees went to go get what seemed to be a manager and the manager said “how do you get the wrong car wash” with a dumb attitude. Very unprofessional and shouldn’t be working there if they can’t provide good customer service.

Stopped here on a Saturday night, literally 15 minutes ago, the worst customer service. We needed gas, and milk for our hungry baby and thought we were lucky to find a 711, instead there was a sign on the door that said closed till 10pm, 10pm came and the customers were piling up .I asked the clerk that was outside how much longer would they be closed, and with the most ghetto rude answer "I don't know" ,I honestly think both employees were on something.

PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF/CASHIER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! 06/12/2022 1915H-1930H I don't usually post comments/reviews on services publicly but this one is the worst customer services I've experienced ever in a carwash -- if there's an option to give this store a 0 star, I would specially for the staff that handled the situation. I've been using the carwash and gas services in this Shell station since last month, but this is the first time the machine didn't print a receipt. I put a $20 note for Xpress Wash (costs $9) so I was expecting to get a receipt and see a cashier as always to get my $11 change (since this machine never gives me a change directly dispensed from the machine - one inconvenience) but didn't happen, the machine instead shows in the monitor in a red colored letters "It doesn't print a receipt, see cashier." So I went inside of their 7-11 store and told what happened and this cashier lady just stared at me like I was lying and told me that I should have the receipt and I keep telling her and the other lady staff of what had happened but they still don't believe me -- eventually they told me to go back tomorrow to talk to the manager. -- Well, I will NEVER go back to this kind of store and use any of the services anymore. Use my $11 change and other customers' changes that were victimized to FIX your machine that is if you care. Simply the worst and a waste of time!

The car wash is inconvenient. The machine doesn't always take card payments but they also don't tell you that before waiting for the line of 3+ cars. It is a perpetual network error that no one has ever decided to fix. There is also no help button so if the network doesn't work, you're out of luck. You have to get out of line, pay at the counter, get back in the long line of 3+ cars. It is frustrating to say the least and my car is still dirty after the wash.

customer service is not all great. they got 2 separate lines for gas or food/drinks,etc. they'll have you wait when you're waiting to "pay for gas line". you have to speak up in order for them to acknowledge you! not even that but they didn't want to give me my correct change back for my gas. I use to like coming here but they started to hire people who throw off attitude and bad energy. I sadly hate pulling up. I don't look forward to put gas here anymore. talk to your employers about acknowledging customers or get rid of them-simple. plus if you're a girl, good luck! the women employees only acknowledge men

My favorite gas station. Except that older Asian woman, she’s horrible. Disrespectful and rude. Edit: She’s still here and I walk out whenever she is because it’s uncomfortable with her serving. Sad that I can’t buy anything here comfortably because she ends up making it a hassle and gives you trouble.

False advertising. They post prices with car wash included. Above that there is a sign stating you get. 30’cent discount if you use the car wash. If you don’t. They add .30 to the price shown out front. So if they advertise 4.15 you pay 4.45 without a car wash instead of the actual price. Every other gas station offers a discount on top of the stated price not stated price with car wash, which isn’t clearly represented. Furthermore, when questioned about it, which I’m sure happens often as they already had an excuse ready, Marissa, passant manager barked at me to look up store info to complain or contact the manager. She didn’t know her own store phone number. How is she supposed to be in charge when she doesn’t know anything about customer service nor about how the store is run. Note: I paid in cash and should have been charged 4.15 not 4.45 which my receipt states. I was over charged .30 for 17.941 gallons. I have also contacted weights and measures to inform them of the false advertising and the over charging.

Quick and easy. But then again it was 1:30am. Like 4 cars there getting gas as well. A bum and his dog searching thru the trash cans and asking people for change. A guy walking around looking suspicious. Car's playing loud music and yelling out the window. Definitely not my type of seen. Also i payed with card to get gas and car wash but the pump didn't give me my receipt with car wash code on it so i had to go inside and wait in line to get it smh. The whole point of paying with card was to NOT have to go inside.
