It just opened in March 2019 and I was surprised they sell diesel along with gasoline, and have a car wash. It’s in between a McDonalds and Coffee Bean. It’s in a good location near the I-5 and Six Flags Magic Mountain. I’m still let down a good Marie Callendar’s restaurant was tore down so they can build this Shell station, Coffee Bean, and a McDonald’s, but that’s a different story.

It has an air station, interior cleaning stations with vacuums and trash cans, and an automated car wash. It's also flanked by a McDonalds and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, both with outdoor seating, and faces a large parking lot. Good rest stop.

RVS BEWARE! DONT GO HERE!-they will literally go off on you if you take too long pumping gas or don’t move the instant you are done. Clearly all about $$ and not if you need to get a drink or throw out trash. Moving an rv is so hard, I’ve never had any other gas station do what they did to me! Not to mention embarrass me while being yelled at and two clerks walking around like I was a criminal and all patrons watching scaring my children. I’m in a motorhome so I waited for two cars to leave before I could pump my gas. When I pull in, due to the way the set up is, I have to take up two spaces. My son pumped gas while I changed. I’m handicapped so this is easier for me. The placard is prominately displayed in my window. I had just put around $150 in my tank and couldn’t even take the time to finish changing. Not one car honked or said anything. However, the store clerk came up screaming at my friend. “you need to move!”She told him we just got done pumping gas. Again “you need to move!”. He continued saying they were full despite a space clearly open my friend pointed out. He complained someone left because I was “parked”. Even though I literally was just changing while $150 pumped! I was coming out to move while he was still screaming. I got in the drivers seat as my friend shut the door on him and he proceeded to get on the phone while another clerk came out like there was a crisis. There’s no way we took more than a few minutes after the pump was hung up. My son said it wasn’t more than 5 min. People leave cars to go to bathrooms, get food, etc all the time. I think it’s rude so I don’t. However, in an RV this isn’t easy to do and not letting a handicapped woman have a few more minutes to change and calling for help while I’m pulling out is ridiculous!

Went there early in the morning before the doors were unlocked... I went to the window and the attendant saw me and continued to make coffee without acknowledging me. I waited a few minutes and went to another gas station. As others have commented I've also experienced a female employee not wearing a face mask and chit-chatting with a man (not an employee) - also not wearing a face mask.

Employees don’t wear mask. When I confronted, she said to not come to the store if I got a problem. It’s the huge one working the night shift. Her exact words were at the end- “what’s the problem?” What’s the problem? How about a global pandemic. It was simply ridiculous. Why put up the “wear mask” signs if so. The 6 pack beer I bought were expired by 2 months. -5 star if I could.

12 midnight July 1. 2021. Clerk t hats India decent. Very rude and locks the bathroom so customers traveling are unable to use bathroom. Then he gets mad at us after buying gas to hurry up get out.Dont go to this place . take your money to a gas station t hats welcoming and respectful. People from India need to have manners.

Car wash was very good! I wanted physical wet mop style car wash after traveling down I-5 flying insects area and so Happy that their car wash is physical, not layers of soap forms. The price is higher than ''no touch'' machine in nearby gas station, but there is an attendant to help you get front left tire to corret position on the machine and reminds you to set on neutral. That attendant was under the sun and it was over 95F on that afternoon. I'm deeply appreciated this extended customer support. However, if you are traveling more than 2, you may want to go somewhere else. Only 2 universal bathrooms and parking seems rather small, maybe the customers for McDonalds and coffee shop took most of parking already. This shop is for smaller cars, not for big and long trailers. Everything is new and clean!

Who ever you had working the morning of 6/9/22 definitely needs some training. Went in there to get a coffee, as the lady up front is taking forever to ring me up i decide to buy a powerball ticket, something i rarely do. She points at the machine and says it's closed. I asked if the machine was broken, she said no, "I am busy right now"..... I repeated....."you are too busy to ring up a paying customer?".....she said yes. You guys lost someone who came in regularly today.

Fast, easy, clean, and well lit. Plenty of pumps to choose from, even on busy afternoons. The convenience store is well stocked with any snack and drink you desire. Always well staffed and the employees have plenty of smiles, hellos and thank yous. Gas, a Bang and lotto tickets...I'm ready for work!

I used their drive through car wash which has a conveyor belt system and as I was about done with the car wash the car behind me rammed my rear bumper. I'm debating whether to make a claim or not there's some scratches and I think a little bit of damage to my tailpipe on the right side. This just happened today. I was in a rush to get to my destination. I would never ever come here again. If you are going to use their Express drive-thru just make sure that there's no car behind you you probably need at least 10 ten feet or more distance in between cars. The attendant claimed that there was at least five feet distance between cars but I still ended up getting rammed from the rear. Maybe the smart thing is just don't use their drive-thru car wash. There's a car wash on the intersection on the other side diagonally that I've used before there you drive yourself through it so is probably a better system and you don't have to worry about someone hitting you from the rear. The car wash attendant employee was very rude unprofessional and basically lied for the mistake that he made.

False/Unclear Advertising they have a giant sign saying they will give you a discount on gas if you get a Car Wash. I get my Car Wash, pull into the Gas Pump, and walk inside for my discount only to be told "I can't do it separately." You're a company I should be able to obtain the services I need in the order I feel fit without any hassle. I want my money back and for you to get it together.

absolutely intentionally rip you off on the car wash. The computer cannot read the code you punch in to automatically know which of the 3 different car washes you purchased ( $9 - $11 - $13), so the attendant asks to see the receipt or asks you which car wash you purchased. This has been broken for almost a year now, and still not fixed. on 2 previous occasions, even though we paid for the most expensive car wash, the attendant punched the cheapest car wash button. We noticed this after driving through the car wash and not receiving all the more expensive wash treatments. So this third time we kept a close watch to see if it would happen again. An older Indian guy helped us, and I noticed this happened again, and I immediately told him before our car went through that he punched the lowest car wash button, and he insisted he had not. I also showed him that the car wash light pole was not lit up with the most expensive car wash lights as we entered the wash. Sure enough, we drive through and get the cheapest wash treatment. After exiting the wash, I immediately went back to him and told him he did not press the correct button as I had previously stated, and he agreed that he had not. However, he did not want to reimburse for the cos t difference and I had to speak to the manager about that, who was conveniently not working at that time. I went inside the store and asked the clerk to refund the price difference, and they finally did after I raised a stink about this intentional rip off! Read the other reviews here that states that this is not the first time this has happened!! Intentionally ripping off customers

The actual food mart is NOT open from 11PM-5AM. It actually says on the door “open 24/7” with another sign on the opposite side of the doors say “inside of store is closed from 11PM-5AM” - I updated the hours but I’m sure it will get rejected. FOOD MART IS NOT 24/7. Also, the car wash WILL leave brown scratches down the side of the car, I was stupid enough to use a second time without thinking several weeks later and got the same brown scratches.

Went to the gas station to use the drive-through car wash. Signs posted say $.30 off per gallon if you get a car wash. After the car wash I went inside to get $40 worth of gas and I showed them my receipt to take advantage of the 30 cents off per gallon. I was told I had to purchase the gas and car wash at the same time before the car wash in order to get the discount. I was going to buy the gas and candy and a couple scratchers but I canceled all of my additional purchases. I find that very ridiculous that they were unable to make the discount apply even with the receipt I showed them. The guy at the front counter almost seemed offended that I tried to do it that way and treated me like I was an idiot. All I did was say thank you and goodbye. I will never go to this shell gas station again. And I passed by that gas station 4-5 times a week.

Used two different credit cards here yesterday one at the pump and one inside and both card numbers were stolen. Don't go to this station. Shell in general is notorious for it I have had at least 3 cards stolen over the years.

I used 2 different credit cards here over the period of one week and both card numbers were stolen. The first card I used on July 28 and I got fraudulent charges on that card within a day, so I reported the fraud and shut down that card. I used a totally different card to buy gas one week later and that card information was also stolen and I got fraudulent charges on that card too, so I’ve now had to shut down that card too. I suspect that there are card skimmers installed on their pumps. To have 2 totally different credit cards information stolen after buying gas at this s station is more than a coincidence! Avoid this gas station unless you want to go thru the hassle of replacing your credit cards!

Gas station is fine. Friendly employees. Car wash is a complete waste of money. Paid for the top wash. Literally nothing came out of the sprayers except water. No triple foam, no wax, dryers cut out with around 12 seconds left. The underneath spray lasts for like 3 seconds. First time trying it and will never use it again.

The store itself is fine The employees are horrible they close The store itself down early all the time so if you want to buy something from the convenience store part you can't. Not as 24 hours as they make it out to be.
