Screw this place .. went in yesterday and bought a candy bar and got home to find out it expired in May didn't care to much of it and left it on my counter and today I went in to buy a jug of milk and it said "best by June 22" (that is today) thinking it had about a week to go bad I didn't care so when I got home I went to take a sip and it was chunky spoiled and I called the store to get an apology and refund to where the guy said in anger "just bring it back" so I did ... where I was told I'm not getting my money back but to replace it ... overall this place sucks take your business somehwere else ... I tried but "I'm not giving you your money back" is what you'll get ... owners/runners of this store if you're reading go f*** yourselves

Wish there was a lower star rating. Workers tend to take their personal problems into work and taking it off on customers. Workers tend to look down on Hispanics. Workers with that state of mind have no business working in a public place interacting with customers

Their management is rude, the coffee/beverage counter is a mess, and their drive-thru carwash only washes the sides of your car and leaves scratches. This place needs a serious overhaul.

Five stars given to the clerks because they are always pleasant and helpful. One star given because I had to just to post this. BUT, they actually deserve zero stars because the place is filthy. I do not understand how it passes inspection from the County Health Department with an A rating. The counters are dirty; the floors are dirty; the restroom is dirty; the beverage dispenser is dirty; a pipe that has never been properly repaired is always draining water from the ice machine to a hole in the floor...not only can you see it, but you can smell it. Again, I cannot understand how they get an A rating from the County Health Department.

The man who worked the counter around 7:30 pm on 7/28/23 @ the Gosford and White Lane location is absolutely horrible. He is about 5' 9", Caucasian, bearded and has brown hair and a stocky build. I've had at least 3 unpleasant encounters with him. One involved him saying, "I don't know how you count like this," referring to the arrangement of bills I handed him. Startled by the comment, I didn't react and simply told him the total. Is he so picky and mathematically-challenged? He works at a cash register for crying out loud and shouldn't unnecessarily aggravate people. The most recent encounter involved him criticizing my pitch of voice after I repeated myself (the fan he had on was on full blast). I told him the fan was on. He complained about my comment. I finally said he seemed to have an attitude (after this 3rd unpleasant and harassing exchange). He handed my money back and refused service, not that I would call anything he did "service." I said, "thank you. Bye." He uttered another annoying comment and I finally said an unflattering comment. He said, "what did you say?" in an aggressive tone. He then followed me to my car! What a nutcase. It's a miracle I got out of there safely. He should be fired and seek anger management. I won't return to that location unless he's gone. There are plenty other Shell locations and other gas stations to use. I don't think Shell would knowingly hire a racist, critical, crass ('cuss'aholic), and combative person, so this serves as notice.

i had a terrible experience today jan 21 2024 -the man behind the counter actually told me to leave??! The other bad review about the big stocky guy was the same guy that kicked me out of the gas station!! i was going to buy 60$ worth of lotto tickets and the man stood away from the counter and told me to leave-i looked at him and said "what??!!" he said take yourself out of here! when he acted this way i was totally shocked by his actions and attitude,,, i felt like this man has mental issues and was caught by surprise that he would act this way??!! i was very courteous and confused at the same time,,,the owner of this gas station should not allow this man to work here or anywhere because he seems to be very intimidating- i am a veteran and have seen many types of people- this guy is not good for business interacting with the public!!
