"Systems down" sign on door. No signs on any pumps. When I inserted my card it got stuck and when I was finally able to get my card to release it got stuck on "please wait". I am poor, I cannot afford to have my card charged for someone else's purchase if it finally processes after I have left the pump and someone else fills up. I just wanted to ask if it would be ok to leave and the door was locked. The person working refused to speak to me thru the door and just kept saying he can't hear me. Eventually someone who was sitting at the gambling machines angrily came and chastised me for wanting to ask a question about leaving the pump while my card was still in processing mode. I left and came back with eight out of order signs to put on the pumps so no other unfortunate driver would have to experience this treatment and I was mocked and told the pumps were NEVER down and I was asked if I wanted to have someone show me how to pump gas. The man sitting at the gambling station does not have the attitude to be working in public and needs to be trained or fired. If the systems are down and you are going to get upset when people ask questions about their cards getting stuck you should just put signs up at the pumps or turn the pumps off until the issue is resolved or just NOT GET MAD when people want to ask questions and you've locked the door and are pretending like you cant hear.

Had an extremely unpleasant experience at this shell location. The cashier was unbelievably rude and dismissive which made my visit entire visit very upsetting. Usually I expect at least basic courtesy when I'm spending my money somewhere but unfortunately this location did not provide that. I definitely won't be coming back and I wouldn't recommend you to either. Maybe try the valero or marathon down the road!
