The manager was awful. Was inline waiting for a car wash. The car in front of me decided to hold up the line to go inside store to up grade his car wash. We asked the guy to drive out of line and do in store transaction. He did not and held up the cars waiting. The manger told me to wait and be patient. He dismissed me as a woman and a paying customer. Shame on him. I will never go to the station or car wash again. I am telling everyone on face book and anyone who will listen. You need a new manager. Or train this one. He worked Saturday morning September 12. Please educate him on customer service with women.

Pump was stuck, not working properly. I let the cashier know and he said I wasn't using the pump correctly. ?? It's the same pump I use every week to fill my car! He kept telling me it's impossible that it isn't working. You must be doing something wrong. Rude and poor customer service. He could have nicely asked me to switch pumps instead of just shaking his head saying I was wrong.

This location is the absolute worst the cashier who works the graveyard shift was extremely rude, disrespectful, and confrontational, and a overall jerk. We all have bad days, but to confront a customer and let alone a disabled one is absolutely deplorable. Maybe he should try another line of work that doesn't deal with customer service or the public.

Came in today to make a purchase and the attendant ringing me up by the name of Laura or ladra was just being so rude I asked for Bag I know the charge is .10cent she didn't charge me for it and that's because she was busy talking to someone else after that I had to swipe my card again for the ten cent she then proceeded to be rude to me after she makes the mistake and tells me I didn't ask for a bag never mind that she never offered one I swear she must of woke up on the wrong side today....... update 4days later the owner of the convenient store called me and apologized for the employee and assured me that he will be taking corrective actions with his employee i appreciate that.. so I'm upgrading from a 1 star to a 3 star and in time I might upgrade again. They will steal from you! I went in to get an energy drink. 2.79 they charged me 3.75. They don’t except card cards if your purchase is under 6 dollars. Conveniently they did not give me a receipt. Don’t go here.

This gas station looks really nice from afar but once you go in there it's not well kept. I filled up my tank and bought a car wash as well. Once I drove into the carwash, I was deeply disappointed. It's a very simple wash and its expensive compared to other nearby locations. My car was still dirty after and then all the vacuums had out of order signs. I recommend going elsewhere for your gas and car wash. Other places offer discounts on gas and/or wash with purchase of car wash.

Can't do zero stars. cashier Nancy has a really bad attitude. She couldn't even respectfully tell me that the car wash was not part of their business. And couldn't explain how the two are not linked. If you get gas you get $2 off but "it's not part of the business" this is ridiculous. And as I was trying to get answers another costumer was complaining as well.

Horrible and overpriced !!! I paid for a 10.99 car wash and it did not get all the soap off and left nasty marks on my windows and doors . And the vacuums were out of order !!! Gas is 4.69 a gal for reg

Window said it was open in flashing bright neon lights. Google says it's open 24hrs. I waited at the window and rang the bell for like 10 minutes before someone finally came and gestured to me that they were closed. What is the point of advertising 24 hrs if it's bs lmao. Just earns you more bad reviews.

I visited the gas station last night and couldn’t use the first pump so I switched to another. Only to find that my card had been attempted to be charged three times for $175 dollars at that gas station and then again for the remaining amount that was on my card and my gas points taken. I went inside to let them know there was a mistake my card was charged but I did not get gas that someone must have pulled up to the pump I was at previously and I was charged even after cancelling the payment. I was given the run around and told that the charges were pending because of the type of card I used, that no one had used my points or taken my gas. However I have a receipt the person even bought pringles. I just had the incorrect pump number. This is insane. And they have cameras so they know exactly what happened. They just didn’t care.
