I love going to this Shell as it has a carwash as well. And there is usually an attendant waiting right outside of the car wash to help dry your car with rags (i ALWAYS tip him).

1/3 of the pumps are out of service, and cards won’t work at the ones that are in service. Business owner - please fix your pumps. This same complaint goes back a long way from other people.

This store needs new managment. They are always out of some thing you want. Its not difficult to do inventory of what is getting low. If you are a morning commuter and have favorite things you want, go to 7-11 down the street. They are ALWAYS stocked and anticipate holidays.

Their card swipe was hacked not too long ago. Be careful when using your card at the pump. I know of two of their pumps that are not working properly. I reported both awhile ago. Ive tried using them again and theyre still broken. Theyre not listening to customer complaints. This means they dont care about you.

Purchased gas using my Kroger fuel points getting 1 dollar off, pump shut off after 10 gallons. Normally you get up to 1 dollar off up to 35 gallons. Clerk contacted the manager who told me it doesn’t work on diesel. Then she said you can only get 10 gallons. Then she said you can make another transaction using another 1000 points. This circle k/shell company is scamming the fuel rewards customer out of their fuel points so they can get full price out of the other customers.

Gas is constantly more expensive than others at this station. Also, if you go in to buy something from inside, expect to pay double if not more. Went in to buy muscle milk which is normally 4$ at the gas station near me (my gas station ran out) they were 10$ at this gas station! As I started looking around at other items they were all double or more what I see at any 7 eleven or other gas station. The staff here are also terrible. Asked the cashier for a receipt and he just walked away because he had his headphones in and wasn't listening.

First pump was broken. Tried again at the second pump and my first card was declined. Tried my second card and it got declined as well only to find out inside that they don’t accept tap to pay even though there is a flashing tap reader. I had to go inside because I purchased a car wash but didn’t get a receipt. I go to the car wash and signs are all broken and faded and the screen is impossible to read and there’s tape all over it. This place isn’t taken care of.
