This Shell had such a filthy bathroom I felt gross and Dirty walking out of there...Shame on you Shell...I decided NOT to buy my gas there due to this as well. No respect for customer's to keep clean bathrooms...then I'm not giving you MY money

This manager Diane I think is her name doesn't deserve even a 1 star,rude on a ego trip push away a 30 years customer, I'm disable, she is abusive verbally and has a dirty mouth. Don't go there,she will run you out and insult you. A shame she calls herself a lady.

I understand that businesses have to use caution during the Covid-19 pandemic but there should always be exceptions made. I have a disability and have to use the restroom quite frequently and normally after explaining to a business staff it’s an emergency and I have MS they allow me to enter but this morning the lady working at Shell was completely rude to me and would not even listen. She walked away and was completely disrespectful. This is normally my go to gas station and I will not be going there any more.

Employees are very friendly and helpful, especially in comparison to the people working at the Chevron next door. It is annoying that they do not accept digital Marlboro coupons and Chevron does, however. I have to choose between saving money and dealing with rude staff next door, or paying full price for my transaction with kind people. It would be no question but to always choose Shell if they accepted the coupons!

Stopped into get some gas in my truck and check my oil after working second shift needless to say I'm a little tired. Well transferring funds a rude employee came out and told me that I need to hurry up and clearly he was agitated that I'd been there for a few minutes transferring funds to spend at his gas station which pays his measly check I don't know who the manager or the owner is but I would fire that lame Not only was he rude but confrontational and I'll tell you what if he was half the man he was acting like before I got out of the car I would definitely have wiped and mopped the gas station with his little scrawny a#@ never have I been treated in such a way by an employee and establishment which I'm a paying customer and honestly I don't think he would be of any help to any motorist or person in need of oil or any such products for their vehicle I don't think he was qualified to run the leaf blower he was struggling with

Quick and easy to get gas and the car wash is always working well I highly recommend this gas station if you're in the area or a local I use it often and I've never had an issue here

I bought a few snacks and drinks from here and selected $20 cash back by mistake and never received the money. I realized this the next day and called. Lady was nice enough and gave me her personal email so i can email her the charge from my bank statement. Nobody had the managers email. I left my number for him to call me back and never did. I called multiple times and spoke to a few other employees and could never get the manger on the phone. One employee said she left a note on his door but still never reached out. Very disappointed. I come here all the time to fill up and buy things weekly. I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere.

If I could leave a zero-star I would. I went in and wanted to have them swipe my card because I was getting over the $85 pump limit. I go inside to avoid having to swipe multiple times, never been a problem anywhere else. Apparently it was shift change, as neither lady wanted to swipe my card because they would have to wait. The cashier asked me if I would wait 5 minutes for shift change. I said that I didn't really want to wait. The cashier asked the other cashier if she wanted to wait for me to pump, and that cashier said she also did not want to wait for me to pump. I was shocked. What customer service is that? I work in the service industry, I know what it's like to want to get out and go home, but customers first! I took that 5 minutes and went up the road instead, and I will continue to do so. How disappointing.

Kinda irked after being there about 30min ago. Going to get some ice for my hydroflask and some snacks to take to the park. Was told "it's against health code" to fill the ice. I genuinely was curious as to when, since I hadn't heard this before. Very rude "since always," and other responses like that, I just wanted to get some ice with my snacks. It gets hot in Esco. Wouldn't have cared about paying for it honestly, just needed the ice. Wasn't even offered the receipt and spaced by the time I drove away. Also realized as I drove away I could have just used one of their cups and transferred it, however I was honestly just taken aback by the whole interaction. Would have been happy for the suggestion to fill and transfer it. Looked it up as well as spoke with someone. It's not against health code in general, however the size of my bottle potentially touching the side because the bottle was bigger than the dispenser *could* be an issue. Takes only a couple of moments to be nice and have a conversation. Won't be going back. I prefer Chevron anyway.

I was driving along the highway and decided to stop to refuel and have a snack when I finished all my business. I took my food and wanted to heat it in the microwave, but the saleswoman flatly refused and said that this was prohibited. This is very strange and very outrageous. In 10 years of living in America, this is the first time I have encountered this, and I give it one deserved rating. remove this damn microwave, if it can't be used, what the hell is going on with you?

I just left this gas station. A lady with glasses that works there is extremely rude until she can’t be rude and then becomes dismissive and condescending. I tried three different pumps, none of the buttons worked on either of them. She saw me trying to pump from the window of where the cash register is at. She looks at me and hurries me towards her with her with a hand gesture. I walked towards her and told her that none of the buttons work on any of the pumps work. The first thing out of her mouth was that the tap pay function doesn’t work. I repeated myself explaining to her that none of the buttons work on the pumps. She dismissively told me that they should be working. I showed her by pressing multiple buttons on one of the pumps and she said that’s the first time she seen that happen and for me to calm down. After hearing that, I just walked to my car and drove off. A few months ago, the same lady showed the same poor customer service when I tried to cash a $100 lottery ticket. She told me that she couldn’t cash lottery tickets that were that high. I asked her if it was store policy or if I should just come back later when they had more money in the register. She just sho’d me away telling me that she just couldn’t cash it. Last time I come to this Shell.

Today I pumped gas and on the sign it said 4:49 but when I pumped my gas it’s was a different price It was 4:69, I asked the worker Alex for help and he said it was a couple of cents per gallon he couldn’t help me. I asked to speak with a manager he said I couldn’t speak with a manger. I paid with cash and gave me the card price.

Came to this place went to get gas and get something to drink. Cashier didn’t speak that well English they told me EBT wasn’t working which it was working so I spent more money on gas and something to drink, but I’m on the low budget. Will never come back again.

Do not get a car wash here! I’ve been getting them here for years and today was the last straw. I’ve been watching the machinery fall apart for all that time with little in the way of repair, mostly the drier. Today the washer failed to deliver any soap at all, just plain water. I went in to ask for a refund or a credit for a future wash and the cashier hands me a full page form to fill out. I don’t think so. They could have either printed me a wash code for later, or get to read their reviews and get a rejected charge as well as a lost customer. The later is what they picked, and if the think I’m going to spend a bunch of time on a form because they can’t keep soap in their machine they’re sniffing the fumes of their product. No car washes, no gas, no anything from these ripoff artists in the future.
