I like that you can get a car wash on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for $3.00. That's a good deal! You don't even have to buy gas, to be able to get the car washed. Thank you Shell.👍

Shell is my favorite stop for fuel in Santa Maria. They are conveniently located on the NE corner of Broadway and Betteravia and have entrances at both of those streets. They include a great automatic car-wash and offer discounts at certain times of the week. Shell is one of the stations that offers Top-Tier gasoline which is the one recommended by most auto manufacturers for best operation of your vehicle.

I was charged full price even though I entered my info for the Shell Fuel Rewards discount. I noticed the wrong price as i was fueling up, went in to ask her to fix it, came back out, & when I pumped it again, still no fuel rewards discount. Not going here anymore.

Rude as ever. Lol. Told me I was suppose to buy gas to use rest room. I traveled here to get air and pee after driving an hour. Who says that. Then told me I can't be parked there for long. I said I readvthe sign. Thanks you so kindly. Word of ADVOCE. IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR LIFE CHANGE IT.

Do not use the car wash at this location !!!! They do not use soft water and your car will have nearly impossible to remove water spots all over the glass, paint, and trim.

Close to home prices are the best around these area specially with a members card it's even cheaper. I always pump gas here I never go inside the store so I dont know how customer service is. Air pump is always out though. I dont care for the car wash.

Love the gas. Prices are usually better than others. Downfall is pumps don't always work. Keep clicking way before fill up and I'm scared to keep forcing it to go in case it over flows so I end up leaving with 3/4 tank instead of full. Very frustrating. Sometimes can't get my receipt.

They aren't allowed to make change for the vacuum machines outside. They only keep $1 in quarters and turn you away if you need that $1 "for other customers". As if I'm less of a customer because I got gas, a car wash, and need a buck in change for the vacuum. I've had this happen twice with the same girl behind the register on separate occasions. $3 car washes on tues/weds are great, though, so 2 stars.

Usually get my gas and lottery tickets here! I went 09/25/21 @ 9pm cashier said he closed his lottery okay fine. Went again today 09/26/21 at 8pm and the cashier said the same thing I closed the lottery already…. Do they not want to sell lottery tickets either?

Very bad. Worst customer service. Gas station attendant was very rude and disrespectful. Filled gas outside using a credit card and chose regular car wash. Receipt didn’t print. Went inside to get a receipt and code to use car wash. Attendant didn’t want to print the receipt and asked for pump number. I went outside to get her the pump number, she had the receipt ready. The attendant had a fit that she was new. I went to wash the car using code, the car wash rinsed half the car while the other half is still dry. No soap, just half the car had water on it and it was done. Overall experience, bad bad, avoid.

I really like getting my gas here. I've been getting gas here for more than two decades. I don't know if ownership changed, probably has but the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is how rudely I was spoken to by some lady that lectured me on two separate occasions how to use their car wash which I was given conflicting information both times. They have a disclaimer on the outdoor payment box that is so small, I'm not necessarily reading it because I'm using the car wash to save time, not waste time. For some reason, I can't figure out why the car wash won't work. I'm told you can't put your money in, until the car in front of you is totally out of the wash, I've put my money in when someone was in the wash and it worked. Then I'm told you can't drive into the wash on a green light when it actually tells you to drive in, done it, it worked and there was still a car in there getting the dryer. Yet when I asked to help reset the wash because I didn't get the wash I paid for on both occasions, I was talked down to like I was trying to cheat them out of money. I paid for a service, car wash, that I didn't get. I don't why I was treated so badly for a service I paid for. It was this one older lady who doesn't know much about customer service. The clerks inside are usually pretty nice. Don't accuse people of causing you grief for something they paid for when you need to put better directions on your wash or get a new wash.

There is a new car wash. Apparently it's a 7-Eleven now. Avoid this at all costs. If you care about your car at all. It is super low. You have a high vehicle, it's all rubber and it beats the living. Heck out of your car it didn't clean anything off of mine. It actually left grease a bunch of places. I never had any. All the bugs and dirt were still there. It cleaned the front window a little bit. The dryer was terrible. I used two towels. It was $9. Definitely not a soft touch. Don't do it with your new car. You'll regret it. I'm so sad I had high hopes.

Very disappointed. Stopped in at 5:45am on my way to work for coffee and snacks (like you do at any 24hr Shell). The door is locked and 2 employees standing around inside talking. I said "I just want some coffee" He says "we don't have coffee" 2 guys doing nothing with the door locked and can't even make coffee? I'll never be back

I spilled a giant milk and wanted to. Clean it up to reduce the oder... right milk is the worst. Got the area prepped but already Ben holding #1 for hours . I asked if I could wash the milk off my hands before I used the bathroom and was told promptly and rudely no. Seeing that I was not a customer yet because I had not got my gas because i choose to clean the milk up first I was not allowed to use their sink norther bathroom . I was visibley straining and horrified they even said they call the cops if I peeed my pants! I will. E definantly taking this to the next level

I stopped coming here last year. I gave it a try in April, I come in at night because it’s less people. It was Monday night I came in, there’s a gentlemen with a lot of tattoos, and honestly I didn’t expect him to be so nice and helpful he’s the reason I continue to come.. everyone else is rude, I came by last night for my regular Monday run and the gentlemen that always helps me wasn’t there. I was greeted by yet again a rude worker and the place looked a mess I hope I see the nighttime worker soon if not most likely won’t see me shopping here again they have so many workers yet at night I only see one gentlemen sweating and keep the store clean u guys really need to get more workers like that gentlemen

This gas station is the absolute worst! Just went in (630pm) and another sign on the window saying "will be back in 30 minutes*, doors locked! This happens to me all the time at this station, at 930 at 1130 or at 230am doesn't matter, more times then not the doors are locked and no attendant. I will never go to this gas station again.
