I won't visit this station again. I used my Shell card but they charged me the higher price. I talked to the cashier and he was really nasty and kind of "who cares"

The gas station is fine but skip the car wash. It is very difficult to get long vehicles into and the wash is subpar.

Don't expect to be able to squeegee your windows after you soap them up. They use the cheapest ones they could find. I think my windows are worse off now than before I washed them.

Avoid car wash! The soft touch bashes scratch paint and the wash leaves a cloudy film all over your car. You will have to rewash your car somewhere else after using their car wash.

On two separate occasions, I have had the same upsetting experience when trying to redeem a $.10 off reward at this Shell station. I went through all the steps to begin pumping gas and the pump wouldn’t work, clicking each time I squeezed the handle. Coincidentally, on both occasions, the same elderly man was behind the register when I went in to ask for assistance. Both times he became very agitated waving his arms, raising his voice, and telling me it was something I was doing wrong. This gas station is conveniently located very close to my home, but I will never go back. As a consumer I have other choices.

I lost my wallet at this gas station. Some one took all my cash and apparently threw it in the trash. Venzo who works here found it in the trash, and kept it aside realizing its important. When I came a day and half later, he had my wallet safe and returned it to me. Really thankful to him

I went to the Shell gas station to get my truck washed. The car wash made me go forward so far it didn't even get my whole truck. No soap nothing came out. I couldn't back up because it would stop the wash. I went to the cashier and told her what happened. she said what do you want me to do I don't know maybe get a refund. Maybe fix your machine. Those were some of my ideas. Now my truck looks worse all Im muddy .will never go back to Michelle again. I have a video to.

The bathrooms were clean and they always have the drinks i like 👌🏼. Decently priced compared to other station in the area. The power went out and I was helped by an employee named King. He had multiple things thrown at him yet he handled it! Thank you ☺️

I have had good luck in the past with the shell car wash. Today I went and the car wash monitor instructed me to pull forward and stop. I was way too far forward when the wash started and it didn’t wash the entire front of my car. I never make complaints ever but I thought I should let the cashier know in case something was wrong with the car wash. He told me “you pulled too far forward and no one else has complained since it’s been on since 6am”. Normally the wash will tell you to back up if you’re too far forward this is why I wanted to let him know. I wasn’t expecting anything but a refund or the courtesy of driving through again would have been nice. I was kind and was met with such rudeness and horrible customer service.

Tried to purchase Powerball with a $2 bill, and they refused to accept it because its so old. My guy its legal tender for public and private services. I get small businesses decide their own policies however saying you wont accept one legal bill for payment while others are accepted seems like a gray area to me. Like stating we no longer accept $50 because we dont like the face on it. Do better chump.

Great customer service June 14, 2019 8pm I left my phone with all my credit cards and some cash in the bathroom at this gas station. I called my number and the nice gentleman working the cashier answered and returned it to me. I tried tipping him for his great customer service but refused my offer saying that “this is my job.” Glad to know there are still kind people around.

Outrageous. No Soap! They have rigged the carwash to give you a standard wash no matter what you pay for. Whole wash is about 60 seconds and they give you about 40 seconds of air (that was paying for a "premium wash". And as mentioned, literally no soap. There is more soap in the squeegee bins for your windows than there is in a "premium wash".
