I returned a coke zero because the bottle was already opened. The cashier told me to get a new one, and I saw him place the one I returned right back to the shelf. Nasty, very odd, and he had a staring problem. 0/10.

I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve never left a review before but the way that I was treated here was so unacceptable. I’m pregnant and unfortunately using the restroom can take 5 minutes on average. While in the restroom, staff banged on the door repeatedly and told me to hurry up. Upon exiting the restroom, the manager pushed past me into the room and stated, “If you made a mess then you have to clean it up!” He began examining the restroom. I told him that I hadn’t made a mess, but that using the restroom just takes me a moment. Management then said “2-3 other customers wanted to use the restroom, you cannot take so long.” I told him that I was sorry it took me a moment and that I was happy to buy something now and be a customer myself. This man then told me, “don’t buy anything, go. You just cannot take so long.” So I left. Once in my car, I noticed that this man was staring at me from inside the store. It was SO inappropriate, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. Do not give this facility your business.

I was told the auto detail guys here were good guys. I showed up, was told it would be $40 to shampoo the carpet on my drivers side (where I spilled a smoothie) only, and that the stain would come out. He also said he’d clean the small plastic strips around all four doors that had a couple small shoe scuffs. The car came back to me with the stain still there and the man had only cleaned one plastic strip and tried to argue with me and pretended like he hadn’t agreed to do the other three when I clarified several times beforehand that he agreed. He didn’t drop the price or give a discount, and hassled me about finishing the other three although he had someone clean them in the end. I feel like I got ripped off because I was a single woman and I just feel super taken advantage of after that weird experience. It just wasn’t pleasant. I wouldn’t go back. I should have just bought a $60 steam cleaner on Amazon so I could do it myself.
