Friendly staff they always greet me and family. My mother is a regular customer and knows all the staff. On hot days Thrifty ice cream is a must have. Their Krispy Krunchy Chicken is served hot and fresh. Car wash service works out perfect for me and lefts on car looking good. Gas station area is well kept and pumps always work.

Two words: False Advertisement. Today on July 8 of 2024 I pulled into the gas station to fuel up and as I was going to place my car on park at one of the pumps I noticed a sign that said $.20 off per gallon with a purchase of a car wash.(No other words or verbiage at the bottom). That sign is about 5 feet from the car wash Entrance, so I proceeded to pull in and purchase a wash. After the car wash, I enter the building to show my receipt that I had just purchased and completed a car wash and that I wanted the $.20 off per gallon as a stated. Edna Told me that I had to purchase the car wash and the fuel at the same time at the counter with a live rep. I told her that the sign that I had read, didn’t mention anything about going into the counter . Her response was “I’ve worked here for nine years, and I know what every sign says”. Please keep In mind that I was explaining all this, but with a smile on my face as a regular paying confused customer. I said if you like, I can go take a picture of the sign that I saw and she said no need because I can’t do anything as you already did the car wash. I still went out and took a picture to show her (wish I can place a pic here for reference of the false Advertisement). After I showed her the picture, she told me that’s not the sign that I should be reading and instead I should try to fuel up and the pump would tell me that if I want $.20 off per gallon that I would have to go inside. I said I understand what you’re telling me but the sign didn’t mention that I have to go to the counter first or else I would have done those steps. I told her is there anyway you can speak to your managers so they can help us with this. She told me that I would just be wasting their time but that she would go and check. After about 15 minutes of going back-and-forth with her, she told me that her management team told her to do it as a one time courtesy and give me the discount. This was after her telling me that she couldn’t do anything on her end because the system “wouldn’t allow” her to. But so easily after the management call, she was able to give me the discount as I should have gotten from the beginning. What started off as a great experience ended up with such a bad customer service experience and it made me feel lied to. I feel sorry for other customers that have been turned away from their discounts when purchasing the wash at the actual entrance and being turned down for their earned discount. Hence, false advertisement. Please purchase your fuel and any other items at other gas stations Save yourself a headache.

Someone took my credit card information on their pump. I know this because it was the only thing I bought that day and by midnight they tried to take money. Another time I said to put money on my pump and they misheard me and when I went back to correct them they tried to make it seem like it was my fault when I was very clear about the amount and pump
