Very crowded in a horrible location , it seems the rude staff have their even more rude friends congregate around as well, very hard to navigate in and out with pumps and steep prices.

The worst. Just saw a guy a flat tire and they wouldn’t turn on the air unless he paid for gas, which he didn’t have money for. Blown away how te manager was having a kick out of not turning the air on for the guy.

Unbelievable!! you can fill gas only up to $55, this is barely half of my pickup truck. why such a low limit? now you need to fill it up more in another place...go figure

It was nice and all like for a gas station and with Ralph's rewards it does become a pretty good deal also I enjoy how it has the car wash but at the end of the day it is just a gas station so it feels wrong giving it 5 stars but it has a nice location and Good gas and pretty fair prices kinda hard to leave would be my only complaint

This Shell station has improved as of late. Can't claim if the improvements will be long term, but it's been awhile since there have been any improvements at this location so hopefully that means it will become the norm for them.

I most likely will no longer be buying gasoline or coffee at this location any longer. I usually come fill up 3 times a day. I buy coffee there when it is available. Today I went to get gasoline and coffee. Some hoodlum named Mohammed was at the cashier. He gives very poor customer service! I asked if there was any more House blend coffee. He said only Colombian is available. So I poured myself the Colombian coffee. I asked for the bathroom key because I drink lots of water and coffee when I drive for Lyft & Uber. Mohammed commented that I always use the bathroom every time I come to the station. I remarked "So What, I Drink Lots When I drive"! He followed his comment "And then You Complain"! I asked him "What Complain Are You Talking About"? He didn't reply. I had complained 5 days ago that the toilet look disgusting and should be cleaned! And to this day, it has not been cleaned off. Whoever owns this station. Should make this idiot Mohammed clean that toilet. I hate to see what his place looks like if that bathroom meets his standards! I can go to Mobil and or Arco if that jackass is going to ask stupid questions for asking for the restroom key! I will take a photo of that toilet and what the porcelain rim looks like in the next few days if they don't clean it. So everyone can see here publicly how disgusting this nimrod Mohammed allows to fester at that Shell Station!

We had pulled into this station for some refueling and our car's battery died out. In hope of getting help from some one, we decided to buy the jumper cables from this station. We tried a couple of times to start the car with this cable and it would not bulge. Frustrated, I decided to go back home and get the cable my car. Voila, the car started up fine. We tried again with the earlier cable and it didn't work. We went back it to the attendant to say that this product they sold did not work and we could prove it. The attendant named Prasad with a sly smile said that it did not matter since they will not refund anything. His attitude was unbelievably unkind and prompted me to make sure I do my business elsewhere. If they sell no quality products, who knows what the gas quality is like...

Every time I go to this gas station, I can't get the pump to take my card nor can I put my Ralph's loyalty number in! I have to go inside and guess how much gas I need! The man inside is very rude, stating it's always my fault! I will not go back again!!!

Came here one night just before midnight as it was lowest price in area on Gasbuddy. Station was clean enough. Attendant let me in store. Yet when it came to using my Shell Rewards, employee Manano(sp?) said he didn’t know why the register wasn’t letting the discount apply. This is getting all too common with gas stations now especially during pandemic. Particularly independent franchises using the corporate brand but not abiding by company policies. Maybe there really was tech problems. But after some back and forth checking the price at the pump and then canceling and prepaying the transaction again, Partial but not complete discount was applied. Disappointing though how desperate or greedy fuel retailers have to be now.

My daughter purchased items here that totalled $6.13. The clerk, Yasir, charged her $12.35, 3 consecutive times. When confronted over the matter, first said that I would have to return in the morning to speak with a manager, then asks for receipt when he knows he never gave her one. I showed him my account which had the charges and he then tries to flip the scene to make me look as if I was the one in the wrong. Instead of admitting fault, started telling me to show proof. Pay attention when doing business here, especially if you are a person of color.

Horrible customer service! Check out the photo that have posted they don't even have proper signage for their prices. Usually Shell stations have discounted rates if you want to do a car wash as well as fill up gas, but this one does not. When asked about it the cash register clerk told me to go to another station oh, so I did! Good way to lose service...

I enjoy Shell Gas and their prices. I'm on the Reward Program and continually get discounts on gas. It may be tough to find one to go to on your route, but thanks to Map, it's easy to locate. I love getting a car wash at the same place also. 😌

This isn’t a Shell gas station despite their logo being all over the place. It’s an independently owned and operated gas station called SEI FUEL SERVICES INC. I found that out when filing a complaint. Worst customer service hands down.
