Terrible wash. Rubber that leaves scratches and car is still dirty from light dust from the quarry nearby. This car wash is terrible. Save your money.

Update: Tried this car wash again with a different car and it missed a one-foot wide column of dirt on my passenger door. Three stars down to two. Went through the new $6 car wash today at Shell. The spinning brushes need adjustment. They only contacted the hood of my car 50% and missed the lower 25% of my windshield. The blue brushes at the end were spinning but didn't touch my car. Maybe I didn't pay for those.

Great clean and safe location with a very inexpensive car wash and free self vacuums. Jermaine, Rochelle and the rest of the Staff are always very helpful and pleasant. Thank you Jermaine for helping to rescue my keys out of the under ground grate after I accidentally dropped them while vacuuming my car like a dummy. You saved me! Thanks again.

Owner/Management is sketchy. They sell car washes buy 1 get one 1/2 off. Their attendants specifically remind you about the deal when you buy the wash. What they don’t tell you is the half off deal expires in a week. It’s a great way for them to pocket 24 dollars for a drive thru wash.

This Shell gas station on 20th street in Upland is The cleanest gas station I've ever been to !!! Someone is always sweeping all around the property.. We get our gas here, we love the car wash here and use it all the time, (the guys who work the car wash area are great!!) The convenient store Breeze is very clean also.

Today, July 6, 2024, around 10:30 am, I went to get gas. I was in a hurry to use the restroom, but I had to get gas first. Unfortunately, for unknown reasons, the pump made me wait for cashier approval. I waited, but there was no response from the staff, so I pressed the help button many times. No one bothered to come out and help. Finally, I resolved the issue by myself. When I went inside to use the restroom, the staff said, without apologizing, that the restroom was not available. She smiled sarcastically. Bad customer service! Luckily, a lady at Starbucks let me use their restroom, even though I didn't buy anything. Why is there a help option if the staff ignores it? Is it working at all? I hope management will look into this!

This shell gas station is always clean and all the pumps work great! They also have diesel fuel. There’s a convenient store called Breeze there and it looks clean and organized. Overall it’s always a great experience here!
