20Nov2020, i was asked to prepay, i paid twice $30, could not fill neither got refund, pump was no fuel, i was asked card wont be charged, but they did, its lie, they don't even take calls for refund me back, credit card companies should charge them for using them for fraud.............avoid

Half the pumps don't work. The ones that do work take forever to process payment and then the button for the type of fuel you want is just missing. Awful.

Dont go here!! Half the pumps didn't work , had to drive to 3 pumps before one worked , NO signs !!! Both mens and ladies bathrooms were filthy , no paper towels in mens bathroom .

Love Shell gas, but really don't like spending my money at this station. Terrible car wash. Worthless windshield squeegee's, since the staff is too lazy to fill the reservoirs or clean the islands. No wonder Weigel's across the street is always busy.

Rude assistant manager named Jeff was short with my 18 year old daughter and treated her like she was a bother for having a problem with the car wash which I have had issues with before. She asked for her money back because it wouldn't work and he refused her. I called down there afterwards and he was rude to me as well. That gas station just lost my families business. .. all six members of our family.

Gas pumps rarely give me my receipts. I purchased a car wash and pump erased my entry. If you don't need a car wash, go across the street to Weigels. Employees there are nice.

Been buying vape products here for almost a year. They started carrying knock offs that taste like chemicals and refuse to give you a refund when you prove they are bad or show them why they aren't real. I didn't even open the package or walk out of the store and they wouldn't give me my money back.

BUYER BEWARE. I selected the wrong grade gas by mistake, so I went inside to cancel the transaction. The pump already said 4 cents owed without me even having the nozzle in the car. On the second go around, I paid attention to it, and it did it again. You select your grade, then before even starting to pump it said 4 cents again. I notified the clerk, which could not be bothered. I also notified her that the fuel delivery truck backed into a post on the property. Also acted like it was not her problem... Don't fuel here... Go spend your money where they appreciate your business.

I went to get a vape from there and I told him I turned 21 back in March. He scanned my ID and he said “oh it’s unavailable” like I’ve never had anyone scan my ID😡y’all have horrible customer service. He never once actually checked what was wrong with his computer.
