Went to get gas and a car wash. Didn’t realize until I got home that my car was still extremely filthy and looked exactly the same as it did before I got it washed even though I got the “better wash”. Called to see if I could get a refund and I could barely hear the clerk over the phone and they said that I couldn’t get a refund since I left the premises. Extremely irritating.

I paid for a car wash at the stand and the wash did not start. I went to the cashier Eddie. He had no clue about who to contact and didn’t seem to care that the machine took my money. Had no contact info for anyone. I refund offered.

The cashier was super friendly and helpful. However, I Likely will not return. The screens are so scratched/tagged, I could read nothing. Machine started to generate receipt, but the receipt pulled back in. Ugh.
